i must be doing something wrong here but i hard reset, install dusk titanium cab, soft reset then i click windows default as today screen and choose a theme colour which is all working ok except my taskbar and bottom bar are a grey colour and not black like the pictures in post 1 ..

Did you place the Themes folder into My Documents?
yer i did what it said in txt file...everything ok, background and all just except the actual taskbar and the bottom bar is grey and not black

stange cause if something was wrong with the folder then i wouldnt be able to use the actual background and the tab icons

Thats the problem it should be Touch HD\My Documents\Themes\Dusk
The wallpapers inside would be read anywhere on your phone its the Bars that are folder specific. Try that it will work.

It's only the tf3d menu....with sublevels (contacts & player) icons....no clock or wallpaper added....but you can find some good clocks around.....

look...I was watching around in this forum for a good background 4 all tabs...and came to the conclusion that the best background for all tabs is the one from mun_rus....you just need to copy in /windows folder 3 manila files and voila' ..it works....
then from setting/background you pick up any pic and you are ok (I use .png pics for a better quality of view)

If you want High Quality HD backgrounds check this thread out, its well worth your time and effort trust me. The developer maranell0 did an amazing job with this app!

Just a suggestion - disable CFC compression for the music tab icons (playlist, artist, etc.) as some versions of manila seem to have problems with it - the icons appear as white squares. But besides that - amazing job! Combined with transparent bottom curtain and a nice black and blue vista wallpaper it looks really awesome! I am going to do a remake of the clock, as the big white squares are the only thing not looking very 'vista' .

Hi, I use Miri's ROM 9,1 premium based on WM 6,5 where TF3D is included. U can just choose between TF3D and Titanium. Vista black works perfectly for me on WM 6,5 and looks nice!

This TF3D changes only default icons from your Tf3D and replace with the new ones posted here. If you see italian language on my screenshoot don't panic...it won't change your default language...this cab changes only icons in TF3D (new manila V3)!!!
I suggest to install the cab into the internal storage!!!
Also I suggest you to use only vista or windows 7 wallpapers!!!!

The task bar is something else entirely, you can find different task bar icons floating around here.
These icons are for TF3D only and yes, they will work for the Touch HD... they look amazing on mine!

need more info, what device are you using and are you using the new M2D with weather on the clock? What is it doing? does it say "tap here to launch touchflo"? Is you device QVGA? Which theme are you trying to use?

also cannot get the win7 meets M2D theme to work. htc vogue, with new mannila, weather on clock. running nfsfans last WM 6.5 build. after i install and reset with touchflo running it does the tap to launch touchflo, launching touchflo, and just cycles like that. i've tried finding the theme with M2D customizer and cannot. cannot find the theme anywhere or get touchflo to work.
Well, I don't how to use themes with M2D. I downloaded a couple of themes. Just can't get them installed. I a Have a Vogue CDMA using NSFANS latest rom release. I haven't customized anything since upgrading. Hope this helps

goto start-settings-system-manila2d customizer-then at bottom of customizer 2nd to last tab is restore, click on that and backup m2d settings. but first, disable touchflo and uninstall theme then do the backup then install theme again but before you enable touchflo, go back to m2d customizer and restore m2d settings then enable touchflo, should work

I also HATE the round/oval buttons so I would like for the all white theme to include square buttons. Maybe use the dark blue for the accent color(new message bubbles, the highlight color in file explorer/email). I guess you could make a range of themes with white bottom bars and various accent colors...?

Install
1. Ok first, if you do not already have it installed, install No Curtains, you don't have to but I recomend it.
2. Install the Touch X startmenu transparent BG, this will make the startmenu fully transparent (looks realy good with this theme)
3. Install the Theme cab
4. If you like to use the HQ Wallpaper install the HQ cab
5. Set the Dark Woman Pic as Wallpaper for both Home and lockscreen
(6. May need to softreset)

you shouldn't do anything with the png's exept create manila files off theme
you have to copy the manila files of the notification icons into the windows folder. (you can't use the normal explorer for that, use Totalcomander)
if it still doesn't work, try my other notification theme link in my signature

Great theme, but having two problems. The top bar hasn't changed (not transparent) and the bottom windows bar (Phone/Menu bar) hasn't changed either. Anyone else seeing problem with those or have any ideas why it's not working for me?

Checked the registry values and they were the default ROM values. I checked my windows folder I do not have HDWall_taskbar.png nor HDWall_softkeybar.png. Which cab is suppose to install those? Any way you could provide me with the two .png files and I'll just manually set them? Oddly enough, lockscreen and startmenu look like they should (except the background is not HQ like the background in manila...not sure if that's normal).

ok i put a zip with the cab that should install the softkeybar and taskbar in the secound post.
You have to softreset after installation.
The png's are also included in the zip

You have to press on the tab the has "wallpaper" on manila settings one home page. Make sure its set to "D"
I tried several things, included the different wallpaper settings, all which didn't work.
I did a hardreset twice. First installing your theme, then max manila 2.6
or max first then your theme, but the result is the same. No wallpaper
I also can't seem to find where the wallpaper is stored on my phone.

i found the possible reason, maybe the wallpaper settings have been changed in max manila 2.6 as i made this one the 2.5 version.. il try to fix this issue

Did you fix this? If not try uninstalling and reinstallign the theme seeing as no one else is having the same problem.

Great themes. I've downloaded and installed them on my HTC hermes wm 6.1 Manilla 2D cooked rom from xda. I however can't activate them to use for some reason. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
BTW forgot to tell, can't see these themes in Settings > today either and donno how to get them there.

They won't work on yours since you don't have a phone with WM 6.5,
manila 3d sense 2.5 on it and the homescreen mod max manila ultimate.

I really like your themes, especially the trasparent one. My only complaint would be a request for a darker or maybe a red version of that. Since I hate blue, the little arrow tab at the bottom with teal blue bothers me. Besides that though it works great and I like the feel of it. Get rid of the blue and I will have a perfect theme.
Thats a sexy theme you have created, ill store it for later use in the future.
