Indeed there is no official HTC WM 6.1 ROM for the TyTN. And I doubt if we'll ever see it.

Sure, look around. But a totally stable cooked WM6.1 ROM...
I dunno, I myself haven't found one yet, so I'll stick with Schap's WM6 untill Schap has released his WM6.1 ROM

It's official No official WM 6.1 for the S620

Thank you for your inquiry about the HTC S620.
Currently there are only plans to upgrade the following devices to Windows Mobile 6.1:
HTC TyTN II (Already Available)
HTC Touch Cruise
HTC S730
There are currently no plans to supply this update for any other handsets. When the update is available it will be in the Support section on www.htc.com under Downloads. Please not that the download is only available for HTC branded handsets, i.e. handsets that are not from a network provider such as Orange, T-Mobile, O2 etc...

Thanks for the info, I already figured it out that they would most likely not make an official 6.1 rom... but who cares the cooked roms on here are much better especially the vanilla rom...

Vanilla is the clean ROM without extra programs added

You add the programs you want meaning that you do not get all the "excess junk"

You are wrong sir, Ricky's version 24 Rom has Dutch in there... Just press alt+space and choose language Dutch if you would like. I just checked it out and confirmed it has it.

Well you can always edit the homescreen and change all the words to Dutch... As well as the menu screen...

Yes, i have been build it yesterday but it has some bugs and it seems the fast like 21140. I am waiting for new build.

Yes, you have to check some files of shell. But it work not better than 21140.

mui problem dude!!! look for 804 mui files and replace from my 21159 409 mui files from my kitchen thread.

I download Hermes 21159 Kitchen from Xbeta, and just want to cook a CHS room, but after sys port, shell error occurs when startup. May the reason was not 0804 mui files?

It's a beta. Minor release after WM6.1 and before WM6.5. Shame that you never used it. It was quite snappy.
