Extract Kitchen contents to your PC
Copy a bin file into the folder and name it i780.bin (first time only)
Run CreateDump.bat (first time only)
DELETE the Dump folder that has been created but leave everything else intact
Modifications to the rom are done manually in OEM and SYS Folder
To cook the rom, run 1_Reloc.exe -> Do It!
Then run 2_BuildOS.exe to prepare \Temp\Dump Folder
If there's no error encountered, move the \Temp\Dump folder to the main area
Now run RecreateBin.bat and then ConvertNb0ToBin.bat
The new flashable bin is ready for use
This kitchen assumes that you are familiar with modification of rgus and xml files (please do research in XDA forum for hints)

*offtopic* why should it samsung so long for an update. Because now some l33t had build his own. Like Samsung has 69^69 people working at samsungmobile and he does it all by it self. Ofcourse it has te be tested and perfected, but the bugs above shouldnt be that difficult for samsung to fix.

One question since this is my first rom upgrade on the i780 (i have made hundreds on other devices my on the I780 is the first). Can you upgrade the rom on isp sim locked phones? withou bricking it? .... I know i know warranty issued...bla bla bal... but does it work?

Ok, i just install this rom. in my opinion is little bit faster than original E1 rom, it has installed htc home and htc comm manager witch are working very good. You can add or remove tabs from htc home. Autopairing with bluetooth devices work, sync via bt also works.
Bugs i've found (just like EFS writes):
1. misplaced pop up baloons
2. Alt and Shift indicator not shown on the bar
3. task manager from settings have no icon
4. Samsung themes dosen't work
But these are small, and you can live with it

Yes, 3G dialer was included into kitchen, but only with polish mui.

After cooking 2 or 3 ROMs with different sets of apps I always got an error message
"The file: \Windows\PP_UXC_Move_TMPL_3.10.110.2.xml does not exist!"

which stops the customization process and hangs the device.
After SF system works and all the apps are there, not sure if all reg tweaks applied though.

You can add this file from other preconfig, file is missing only in "preconfig era".

And My phone details;

RAM: 64
Flash size: 128MB
Storage size: 32.96MB
You know this Mobile phone had Windows Mobile 5.
And upgrade it in Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional.
But fact is I feeling some problem in this OS.
Problem is in my keyboard button 'Z', 'Y' etc. When I press Z then output is Y and when press Y it's output Z. And TouchFLO 1.0.1818.3719 not working properly. Sometime it's stopped. And when I open my keyboard then explorer have some problem. It's can't show properly.
And BIG PROBLEM IS: Memory problem.
Maximum time it's show memory overflow and it's who 3% free or 2% free. Program using 99% RAM. But I'm not using any program.
Please help me boss to suggest the perfect suggestion. Because I'm very much interested to use Upgraded OS And Interactive and Smooth.

You can set it with advanced configuration tool
this is very deprecated project, but you can try "lite" version or minimal configurations in kitchen (full configurations have a big defect).

This is an UC Compatible ROM
What does that mean??
In short it is so that you can install whatever app/regTweak you want when doing a hard reset.
Just have the files in the 'Storage Card' and a small SDConfig.txt file and they will be installed...
ex. If you want FMRadio and QuickGPS in your ROM then just put the cab files in Internal Storage and edit the SDConfig.txt
When you do a HardReset they will be installed...

I thought I'll show some examples of what you can run with SDConfig on HardReset's
Make owner info on every HardReset
Download SDConfig Builder

With this you can make a SDConfig.txt file and owner info xml file...
Install cabs on HardReset
If u have apps that you always want to have on your phone... jst put the cab file in 'Interminne\Cabs' and edit the SDConfig.txt file
Make shortcuts to 'Start-meny\program' of apps on 'Internminne\' that don't need installation
Make a file and name it after the app.. eg. Diamond Tweak.lnk
edit it and enter '#42"and the path of where the app is" eg. 42#"Internminne\Program\Diamond Tweak\Diamond Tweak.exe"
Copy it to 'Interminne\Cabs' on your phone
and in SDConfig.txt enter...

and the comm manager backround in black with that blue focus damn nice nastan allt svart rom heheh

I will have a look at the keyboards, I haven't touched them yet, all still there..
Of course I can remove the HTCVolume...
The good thing about having a UC Compatible ROM is that you can always choose to install it anyway from Internal Storage...
hmmm... yeah, maybe a black CommManager would look cool..

Something that would be truly awesome is a proper swedish keyboard layout, with the special characters åäö in correct places and not only as long-press.

You're right, it would be easier with blackstone keyboard, but the diamond keyboard is too narrow/has not enough buttons. Although, in qwerty landscape (my favorite), I never use the ABC/T9 button so that button could be reworked. Have no idea as how to do that, though!
Well, you're the swedish king of manila, so I can't help you there. One suggestion would be to cook in a Jbed java with larger fonts for VGA along with Opera Mini. I find Opera Mini far superior to Opera Mobile, it loads pages much faster. Find it in my sig!

Well that's the nice thing with UC Compatible ROM's, you can choose yourself what you want to install on it
And yes, I will make cab of everything Im skipping...
...as soon as I have learned how to make cab's from ROM Package's...
I think I will keep the Manila files as standard as possible...
There are so many different opinions when it comes to how the manilas should be...
So I leave it up to you what to change...
