Corrected the memory issue that has been plaguing my roms since the beginning! Now have about 27 megs ram avail at first boot and STAYS
cleaned driver issue causing memory leakage
After driver cleansing i had to fix camera issue.
Faster and a little cleaner
Added ppt vib button fix
Added sethsdpa via preconfig
added setacousticparam May take couple mins to complete
Activesync issue still error until checked advanced network in usbtopc. Should be fixed when porting new os 20720
Added a sweet background to replace the gay diamond theme that i think everyone is getting sick of.
V2 Modifications
Fixed battery icon in v2,
Made RGU changes to boot.rgu for massive increase in file system speed.
Ported 20296 thanks to anryl.
Updated some graphics thanks to abusalza.
removed email addons, themes, and other various items,
Fixed bigstorage and compression issue caused by boot.rgu modifications

so on V2 i've fixed the battery icon, but i'm trying to get it to show 1% incraments currently i have fixed so 10% works at least! .. Any other bugs i can fix for ya. I'm liking this very base build! if I can get 20296 working i'll port it to your custom also!

few remarks
1. the total ram with 8m page pool is 24-25m , with Abusalsa rom with the same page pool i get 26-27m
(this with the same file in the start up folder)
2.the touch stile 2G diler is not needed the stock 2g dialer is inafe
3.the Comm Manager the touch i dont like and the 3G switch is needed
(i installed Shaps CommMngr, pleas see attached cab)
4. the new USB to PC is nice it gives the function of WM5_Storage (so you don't need to install it)
5. liked your ring for the phone
6. takes very long time up to 8-10 minutes (and some times stuck) to check email (gmail account)
(connect, log in , receiving folder, ...)
it doesn't work (may be OutlookEnhancement is sucks)
the outlook mail is unusable - THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE ROM BUT GMAIL
all together it is a fast and stable rom (need improvement on RAM use) but i like it very much , i will keep it for now on my phone

nope, this is just a today screen plugin, and you don't need additional touch software for this to work.

I stuck it on top of CRC's stable V13
Two small problems - nothing happens when you try to launch the browser - do you know how to fix it? Also the start menu looks a bit strange - not sure if by design or a bug...

dont ask me to fix anything i am not a cheff i have just collected those files from this site and made as a SDconfig install.
for start menu, u may remove big start menu from REMOVE PROGRAMS on settings.
for big bottom menu (popup)
goto advanced config
expand user interface
set Menu bar font size: large
set popup menu Font size: large
click done (will reset)
i think with all these options ,manilla 2D and PCM keyboard (included in cab) u dont have to use stylus while driving, u will be able to use u r phone with fingers

Just installed this yesterday, but now I'm uninstalling it. Runs as slow as a wet week and have had problems editing contacts.
When you type text, nothing shows until you press the stylus on the text box again - even then it starts again from the beginning and overtypes what you already had.
Too many issues - going back to HTC Home +/or SpbShell.

[ROM][18/02/20009] l3v5y Diamond "Concept" final [20764/20764]

Hi guys,
I used to cook a lot for my Prophet, and since getting my Diamond, have stopped. Now things have changed, and I've cooked a ROM!
It's based on the 2.03 official ROM (build 20764) with all the drivers from it, but with some of my own tweaks, and with my own "DiamondDownloadManager" for downloading addons such as Opera or GoogleMaps (those two were removed because the cabs just waste space).
Other things such as the default sounds, ConnectionSetup database, and a few other apps can be got via the Download Manager.
The only change between RC1 and the final release is the combining of all packages into 1. This is not to make dumping difficult, but because you get an extra 1-2MB of space!
Memory things:
PagePool default of 2.03
(With no add-ons installed)

when you first startup the rom, after its been flashed you are presented with a connection setup dialouge or something, i dont get that so i cant seem to setup my GPRS settings and mms, the app doesnt load manually either
any idea's?

Ah yes.
You need to download the Provision file from DiamondDownloadManager.
It installs the required file to internal storage to save 2.5MB of storage memory.

- If all the widgets are not present HTC went into the menu-> setting-> Applications-> Manage Application-> HTC Sense-> Clear data
- Change theme crashed the HERO but restart and the theme is applied
- If the browser crashes on a site, it must disable javascript in the browser

Did you try replacing libwebcore.so from an earlier build or from the sprint leaks?

I tried multiple files libwebcore.so from various hero rom 2.1 but without success

This one looks awsome. I'll never try this, as this ROM is for developers only, but I like the idea to port a great ROM from one device to an other. I would like to follow this development and see how its going to unfold.

im trying this out now and its running great so far! i like all the features, apps and stuff, ive found a way to install my apps without the market. I'm gonna test it for a day i think, if i find it stable enough
EDIT: I had trouble restoring my apps with mybackup pro, they just didnt come up, and certain things in the rom are fast, like when it was restoring the backups, but other things such as the UI are slow, i guess it just needs some optimisation.

Im seeing it has themes ? what are they like ? and what else is new in this rom like UI features etc !

looks and Feels great. I am not dev so cant be of much help. I found one thing though - When using Titanium Backup - says it doesnt have root access. Could it be some permission causing the problems ?

I've used parts of the Espresso leak for the new aosp ROM of mine.
You'll have to be careful while porting the opengl bits though; not all libs are compatible. Had to merge some of them with the old Espresso bits I had and the newest Sprint leak.

That's right, it would need SuperUser.apk and a couple of other files to work.

Been running this all night and its solid, cant get the browser (or any browser) to work and cant read emails though I get notifications of them and can see the previews. Love the new contacts and friendstream widgets.

The attached ones are not tested. But when I installed the apks manually and it asked me to replace I clicked yes and installed over the top of the other one and installed 10.1 flash player. I have tested this and it worked the same as the first install.
**If someone would like to flash the smaller zip and tell me if they were effective or not that would be great as it will save space in system for us that are already wary on size

dude silence is bliss when your me Waaaa waaa you busted my phone is usually the posts I see haha. You know how you guys get excited about seeing an update in a thread you've posted in and you rub your hands together all excited like (yup I used be like that too) now I am on the other side of the fence and I block my eyes, peak through the gaps in my fingers and cringe hehe. What exactly it does? Cause on ics onecosmic full screen doesn't work, but on cm9 all's working fine .

This flashed perfectly fine, however, I am missing the Flashplayer Icon in the app drawer, so I cannot visit the website. Is it called something else in the ROM zip? I've gone looking for it to push manually but cannot identify. I went with the larger zip file.

Hey guys I found this in another thread....I was actually looking for something else when I stumbled across this Can anyone who has flashed my package that didn't get flashplayer to work....try this? I have fully working working Adobe flash so cannot replicate

Wha.... I should have looked! It's not in /system/app or /data/app! How can this be? Reflashing now.
EDIT: Nope, it's not there. Usually I don't miss something like this but I sure did this time, lol! I'll push it manually in the morning when I'm rested. Long day. If that doesn't work, I'll download from the market, then flash the fix again.

i downloaded the file from dropbox in the initial post and followed the instructions.
specifically, i downloaded the zip, went into recovery and flashed it, then rebooted and chose the flash player app. it launched the browser and took me to the adobe settings page, but it was blank. i tried this several times, but nothing changed. when i tried to use site with flash, nothing worked.
am i misinterpreting the instructions somehow?

I pushed the .apk manually, and when I go to the website it is blank, just like the user above reports.

Flashplayer won't show up in the Market at all for me. I guess this is an issue of the phone being identified as T959 in build.prop? Maybe temporarily installing a modified build.prop that reads Nexus S, then downloading/setting up the app? Has anyone tried this?
