Hello,
Could someone port SE's panel interface to the Rhodium? This phone hasn't got a good media player, so I think the eye-candy of the Media Xperience Panel player is a good feature. It's allready ported to the HD, so I think it shoudn't be too much work...
Thanks.
Am I real the only one who thinks this is a great add-on?
there would be no difference in porting it to the rhodium as porting it to the Hd. Go over to the HD forum and read about the lack of success they had for months and months of trying. I would love to see it happen too but its proven to be very difficult at best
Does the ported Touch HD panel interface work on the Rhodium?
Nobody? The Media Xperience panel would be appreciated
Can anyone try it?

According to the latest information HTC will bring another Artemis clone on the market. The newbee called "love" will be similar to the Artemis wihout the GPS module. It is developed for the use of media stuff.
After reading some interesting articles about this device I found a new app which will come with the "love". It is called Media Hub. This is a kind of Media Center which allows you to manage all the media stuff on your device - includung camera and radio. The LOVE includes other interesting progs like htc x Button, Audio Manager and Audio Booster ... Audio Booster might simulate 3D sound on your device.
I am wondering if this app will work on the P3300. I mean emulated 3D sound why not? And the lack of a propper Media Center on the P3300 isn`t a real problem but upgrading the p3300 would be nice anyway.
So.. has anyone heard about this app and has more details?
more information about the LOVE can be found here
Bro..
I've already posted abt this sometime ago, but nobody seems to be interested so far:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=286784
It's already available as Dopod M700.
I'm also looking for the audio booster. With the firmware installer, are we able to extract extended ROM out of it?
Yea, I share ur opinion that nobody is interested so far. But it should be possible to get these tools form the extended rom or directly as an app anywhere. I mean it was also possible to upgrade e.g. htc X button. The Media Hub is only a software uprade which has various interesting functions (3D Sound, Media Center, Music Downloads...) so a check of the ex rom would be quite interesting.
Hello,
Ik was wondering if it was possible to config the buttons on my RC e100 remote controller? Then i hope its possible to use the controller also for other audio programs, because of the equalizer problem that a lot of people have.

I would love to use the HTC RC E100 with S2P.
Ditto!
In another thread someone said that PocketPlayer recognizes all of the buttons of this remote control.
So I guess other third party players like CorePlayer first have to include support for this remote control.
There's nothing HTC can do.
Unbelievable how much time goes by and nothing happens, but that's so typical for CoreCodec.

I would love to use the HTC RC E100 with S2P too.
rc-e100 absolutely doesnt work with my hermes ;-(
Can anyone on this forum have solution for this problem??????
Has anyone a solution? I want to use it with MortPlayer...
It is not supposed to work with BlueSoleil but with Broadcom stack
RC E100 is on cable, not bluetooth
I would also love to use the remote with MortPlayer.
On my touch Diamond, I tried HTC Audio Manager, which is unfortunately not VGA compatible. The remote works with it. Maybe that's a clue

There is a VGA compatible HTC Audio Manager out there, you can get it here: http://rapidshare.com/files/53159533/HTC.Audio.Manager.cab.html
Think it's a bit strange that no one has built an app yet to interpredate the signals sent from the headset, it cannot be impossible... Big minus to HTC for not releasing an API for this.
RC w100 can't control Sense 2.5 player
There hjave been over a year and no one have figure out how to make the remote control other players. The only oines it controls are:
WMP
Pocket player with all the plugins (Older manila)
HTC Manila Player.
It stopped working on latest Manila releases,
Im using Sense 2.5 Enrgy ROM and can't control the player yet.
Any clues????
hi guys,
I am currently running Miri's wm6.5 rom and am very impressed so far, however I want to ditch manilla for the time being in favour of the new wm6.5 ui (manilla seems to hold it back in terms of some nice new visual effects that I quite like)
I am looking for a new mp3 player as wmp is rubbish! ideally I want one that is quite similar to manilla / ipod touch kinda feel with the finger friendly flicky menus if poss. I've scoured google a bit but it just seems to keep returning one called nitrogen player which I dont really like the look of.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
lancemate.
Hi ,
1. Pocket Player
2. Kinoma
3. S2P
thats all the players i know , each have strong features and some less ...
enjoy
Idandush
btw , i didnt check them on WM6.5 ...
GS player. Free, compact, and customizable. I love it.
I must admit I like Kinoma Play, but try the free version first as until the 1.56 rom release it glitched durring tracks a lot. www.kinoma.com
I u search there are lots of stuff discussed in this forum
( i use pocket music)
Kinoma Play is a resource hog, everything else slows down when I have KP in the background.
Hi im searching for a music player or a plugin for our Windows Media Player that display the song lyric. Similar to those of ipod/iphone where when they play the song it will display the lyric. Does this software exist?
I have been looking for a similar software, with no luck so far.
Hi then i would like to make a request to the dev team. thaznks
SmartLyrics
There are two i guess if i am not wrong
one is mini lyrics
http://www.crintsoft.com/mldl.htm
(disadvantage: to little display of fonts. but its amazing in terms of style i.e. karaoke, it can show the words that is being dictated.)
smart lyrics and mini lyrics got each advantage but both arent upto level.
at least according to me.
smart lyrics you need to open new window and apart from that it will not focus on word which is being dictated.
mini lyrics as said before to little fonts.
i would like suggestion if i am wrong and i need to tweak setting somewhere.
i got i phone aswell though i love htc touch hd this is one of the application iphone got better.
Thanks.
i keep my SE phone on me mainly because i prefer it to my vouge for playing audio ..but what is every one's prefered audio app ?

limited in features at least the last time I tried it. No library function or shuffle.
1.1 is still pretty broken, and most of the good skins aren't for QVGA.
really, the best option is the basic HTC Audio Manager
I use pocketplayer and the HTC player.
I used to only use TCPMP for media but since Nitrogen 1.1, I haven't used anything else. It's quick, extremely responsive, easy to use, and has great features.

I agree, HTC audio manager plays AAC files so that won it for me.
