definitely love the fingerprint on this and the other theme, but this one i think i like a little more so far.

Looking good. Only suggestion would be to make the color scheme more universal. A black/red Browser icon, but a silver/blue email icon, a white/blue calendar icon, etc. I'm just nit-picky about those kinda things. Just my 2 cents ;p

2 things... when editing the status bar and the menu button, where are they located? is it a framework file or a app file

its either in the launcher.apk
or its in the framework.apk(most likely its in this apk)

yes you will, it doesnt matter what wallpaper is used, the wallpaper is just used to create the look and feel of the theme... but you can use your own
icons stick untill u hard reset, wipe, or install a new theme

The boot screen is awsome ...
Just would like to suggest you to include some more stuff in the next release :
I think this theme is much polished so a little bit polishing by adding
1. some different unlock pattern pics/icons means to change those stock white pattern dots with custom designed ones.
2. the dialer icon seems to be like some simple mobile instead of that try adding numbers/the dialpad pic, etc
3. the dialer numbers in the round back of them : U can also try changing them with custom designs.
I hope u may think of these things I said these as i dont currently make themes but as a normal user wana encourage u doing this hard stuff...

im really glad u guys like my theme..

i like this theme alot. one suggestion though, atleast change the dialer icon. other than that i have no complaints. also, see about making a version that includes the auto rotate browser.

Yes they do,. They also have a CAB for each of the backgrounds with instructions to give the Today desktop, portrait and Lanscape Backgrounds set properly

Sorry for asking but how did you exactly achieve the clear effect in your top and bottom bars? I searched but the best i found was only the clear slider. None had the same clear effect as your bars right at the top and all the way down at the bottom. Thanks!!

The clear effect is a simulation of transperancy, it's a case of using a part of an original background and overlaying it with a Transperant bar. If you or anyone else would like a more detailed step by step just let me know and I'll set it up.

So if you change the image the bars would remain the same design/colour and thus the transparent effect would be gone? Everytime the background is changed the bars have to be manually changed too?

Yes I'm sorry to say there are no true forms of transperancy for task bars not that I know of .The background itself those not cover the full screen so if you have a portrait skin of 480 x 800 then the actual background part is 480 x 696 leaving 52 pixcels for the top bar and another 52 for the bottom bar. If you want even more details than this PM me and I'll organize something on the weekend so you can make them up for yourself, assuming you are using wisbar

Thats great to hear! But i've got 1 question, I only recently bought my HTC Touch HD (which is my 1st WM) and was surfing the internet for some useful stuff. Thats when google brought me here I've read a couple of threads and the previous of yours also. So i would like to know if my device needs a ROM change, or whatever it is to get the theme work properly? Because i had problems with some applications, when i was installing them and then tried to open i almost all the time got this error: "You have got and old version of framework"...

very nice! how have you done that?

just replaced taskbar and bottom tabs. use crystal envelope on 'mail' tab also and a few other bits here and there which you cant see.
background goes through all the tabs as well, though annoyingly its slightly softer on the home tab. dont htink a fix has been found for this yet though!

its really not very difficult if you search these forums.
the task bar for example, you'll need to install sdkcert cab (which i believe allows adjustments to rom files), then install the taskbar cab. thats all explained in the threads. the slider icons i used were again in a cab file.
generally anything thats compatable will tend to be explained well in the threads and installed in the same way as other 6.1 devices. be wary that this is a new phone though, so 100% compatable themes and the like arent going to be quite so plentyful as other phones!

tried to alter the weather app the other night after doing a search couldnt get it to work then hamz22 did a walkthrough of what he did on a tp2 which was different to what i had been trying and it was spot on
i have sdk certs on so i will look for the task bar cab

How'd you get the clock? I want to make an analogue clock like in HTC Touch 3G TouchFLO2D for TouchFLO3D 2.5/6.

[Theme] Muse for CM 4.1.9999 [10-18]

First off, I would like to thank the following people
Stericson, JesusFreke, BrandenK, Sir*Mez, david1171, citizen-erased and anyone else who has inspired me (either explicitly or implicitly).
This theme came about from a personal request that was made to me by citizen-erased, I would have released this sooner, but haven't felt well for a while, but that is over for the most part now.
This theme is mainly a mash up of blur and pulse. I liked the red from blur and the pink from pulse, so well, i made them go together. There isn't really much that will change with this theme (except I will make some changes to reflect the band that it for some more, but this is the best that I got to right now.) unless some people have good ideas that either citizen-erased or I like (since this is really his theme, but he said I could release it if I felt like it, so that others could enjoy it.)
For the most part, the images in here were borrowed or from the blur and pulse ROMs. So its not exactly like I made a masterpiece for my first theme, but eh, here it is.

then download a blur rom or a blur theme, extract all of the red images that correspond to pressed from launcher.apk and framework-res.apk replace them in this theme, sign the file. flash it. there you go.

there is a link in the sticky to how to make a theme, then the second post has an autosign tool, that is all you need.

reading of the to-do log fail.
the 4.1.999 version of this works with 4.1.9999.

This theme is awesome! If I decided to switch back to 4.1.9999999999999 then I'm using this for sure. hah

I'm digging this for the most part. I'm not too fond of the pink, but I could get over it. I started work on a Muse theme a long time ago at the request of citizen-erased, but I got lost in the chaos of life and kinda dropped it. I'd be willing to send you some of my work, if you wanted.
