Anyone know how to make the Touch HD Top and Bottom Bars transparent or even if its possible? The ones where the battery and signal are... And then the ones at the bottom where the menu's are...
It's transparent when in the start menu on wm6.5, but not tf3d, any ideas?
Nobody got any ideas?

great, but I have a blue bar on top of the screen now. Rest of screen is black and I used system base hue to change the color of the bar on the bottom. ANy idea how to get rid of the blue bar on top?
Thanks

Yes. It changed the topbar on mine as well.
I reinstalled Rinku Iconbar, (landscape), and all was well.
I don't have the link to hand, Google will find it and it's free.
Hope this sorts it for you.

glass effect theme may help? its here somewhere
Hi,
Is there any way that i can get rid of the bottom bar, and maybe make the taskbar transparent?
See attach (sorry for using a pic from someone else, dunno how to make screen caps on HD)
Thanks
I'm hoping someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. I also hope I get the terminology right - but apologies if I don't.
I'm trying to change the appearance of my HD so the image on the home screen is visible behind the tabs at the bottom of the TF3D screen. I've installed Singh's transparent slider. I've installed the associated "fix". I've installed "no curtains".
What I now have is a clean screen (as I want it), the "box" around the icons at the bottom of the screen appear to be translucent, but I can't get rid of the black band that runs the width of the screen, behind those icons.
How do I get the image that covers most of the screen, to be visible behind the icons.
I hope that makes sense. Is there a tool or .cab that does this?
Sorry for my very basic understanding.
i know on the Gtab there was a mod to add on screen nav buttons. i was wondering if anyone has gotten rid of the nav bar and used this mod (its an app) to have all the time full screen? the way it would work is there would just be a little icon that you push to show the home, back, menu, etc buttons instead of the full black bar...?

Click to collapse
If you set the LCD Density to less than 240 the UI crashes and gets rid of the status bar and soft keys. A little button appears in the top right to open the app list though, which is odd. Also the camera UI is MUCH better at that density.
Probably not what you were after as you lose the status bar too
