you can't upgade a 02 phone from htc site
htc site is for unbranded phones only.
you need to check 02 for a update for your phone.
or use search on the forum and you may find what you need......good luck

i have the O2 XDA Zinc with WM5 installed, the O2 site says it has an upgrade to WM6 but when i registered my device it said that it may not need this upgrade. I downloaded the ROM from the forum here but that is not the latest ROM, can someone please help to with the link for it.

try to go to o2 site that is located in country other than yours, or try the rest of the countries if still can't. Just remember to get the right version, for english is should be WWE.

Hi There Ive tried searching for the thread in regards to my question and since the forum of xda is so large is kinda hard to find it or i just cant find it so im posting my question here.
I recently purchased the HTC Touch Diamond from Vodafone NL (NLD Language) ROM: 1.37.172.3 NLD / Radio:1.00.25.03 / Protocol: 52.26a.25.09H
my question is if theres a ROM out there thats in English but perhaps still Vodafone ROM so in short my question is Im looking to Flash my Vodafone NL HTC to Vodofone English HTC.
I know Vodafone UK let their customer download an update to 1.93...... on their website and ofcourse that wont work with mine as you would get ERROR 249 (INVALID VENDER).
hoping to get a swift reply from you guys.

you can flash Hard SPL, then you will be able to install the UK Vodaphone ROM.
Look in the Stickies for info on Hard SPL.
tyvm, I will try that and post here the results as soon as i find the thread and successfully flash it
cool I did the upgrade on the HardSPL then downloaded the Vodafone HTC Diamond UK and it work OK
