This ROM is based on latest josh 21222 kitchen and compressed with lzx. To get more storage I used UPX on some files and optimized graphics.

Does anyone know what the heck is SQL Compact Edition? I know it is needed for some .net programs, but is it needed by OS? Cause this stuff is 3 mb of possible trash.

Can I burn with my SPL 2.10?
1.cant copy by file explorer from my sd in to device -have to use gsfinder
2.in connections have nothing
3.dial 3g gone only normal dial
4.camera got action after press key but only picture able to see without frame
5.cant install any cab file
the last one is made me get my crcs13naked back immediaetly
but keep give us the best rom i wait for test and give you my feedback

MrDSL thank you for your support! You can now test 20931 buil, I think it's fairly stable, I had this build (but not my own ) on my phone for about 2 moths/
In build 20931 I get a not able to execute repllog.exe right after aligning the screen and pretty much all the time after that.
During initial setup it also never finishes sdautorun.exe
All the setup screen are missing so its all white but thats minor. Due to the initial errors alot of things don't run with invalid shortcuts and misc errors. Just to note I always flash a AT&T ROM before hand.

YOU MUST READ THIS
TouchFLO 3D has been repacked for this release to allow uninstall and future upgrade without a whole new ROM core. There are two implications of this.
1. When you do the first boot and it installs stuff, the TouchFlo install will appear to freeze, and will take a number of minutes to complete. Don't worry, it IS working, there are just circa 950 files to install! Be patient, and all will be well. Go get a beer. Talk to the wife. The watched pot never boils. etc.
2. If you want to uninstall TouchFLO 3D (from the regular remove programs) menu, you MUST disable it from Start -> Settings -> Today, and then you MUST be aware that uninstall will take a LONG time. Actually, not a LONG time but a REALLY REALLY REALLY LONG time. You will probably think it has crashed or isn't going to work, but have faith - it will.

I only took the plunge to TLR2 the other day, and every morning when I pick up the phone (which has been charging overnight). I can't wake it up. It appears off, but if I pull the stylus out, the hard buttons light up. The only way I can do anything is to press the Soft Reset red button. Any ideas??
Any info on free memory, speed and 2G compatibility?

Installed and working very quickly but have noticed less available storage and memory available.
Storage free on fresh install is 64mb and memory available is 49.25.

I've had this for a while now but have been super lackadaisical so i'm releasing it now.
Requirements: You should be familiar with cooking and should have read the wiki several times to get an idea how to do this. It's fairly straight-forward to cook, however modifying, adding, deleting, and creating stuff could be a challange. The steps are as follows:
-buildos+package_tools-4.2b3
-Go to the buildos tab
-Choose load ROM on top left
-Tick the programs that you want (i have provided hundreds of OEMs and if you want more, just create them using the CAB2OEM program i have included) and press Go.
-Popup will come up, choose the second option [Create_ROM_for_Hermes](edit the dump before you press Ok)
-ROM is now cooking
-NBH Tool comes up. Go to the second tab, NB to NBH.
-Under OS, press the ... and go to Tools>Htools>OS-new.nb>generate NBH file.
-Once the ROM is done cooking, pagepool patcher will come up. Choose the pagepool you want and exit it
-You can use PoolPage changer to change the pagepool
-Navigate to the directory you put the ROM and flash
-Enjoy!

Yes, the HTC one has quite some more stuff in it (Adobe, Java, HHC, etc.)
They are indeed SDHC ready (my 8gb Sandisk works perfectly).

Dare I ask if Custel's Cingular video cab works?
Only Starbase64 and PhamQuang have got it working on M2D. JoshKoss roms don't like CV.
Regardless, I've been flashing like crazy the past MONTH. I will try out the M2D and report back.

Custel's Cingular Video cab won't launch from programs or windows directory
I love the rom so far but being an AT&T user, I use the cingular video quite frequently for video news. Can anyone help me get HTC youtube app running on CRC's ROM? It installs and loads the thumbnails for videos but can't play video files. I've read that I have to use certain files from the Manila v20 thread to get it running properly.
My observation
As of now I am using a lite version
... very fast ROM
at first boot network wizard wants to start right away
A pumpkin as a startup is not that bad but unseasonal ( christmas is coming);0
Initial findings
1. No problem connectiong to activesync ( so no need to worry about that one flashers!!!)
2. lovely Icons real nice it does compliment to the pumpkin ( slimy green for charging and speakers)
3. there was An interchange in WM5storage and wktask ( wm5storage is located in settings>> connections and wktask is located in programs) noticed that wm5storage has a problem n my device
just tried the bluetooth
it is beam is not readily activated so you have to activate this first( wish there was a moblue for easier transfer for bluetooth)

then have to go to bluetooth had to check Turn on bluetooth and make the device visible to other devices... too tedious so
transfer works when I used moblue
so if the blutooth works I am just speculating that IR will work also for the WI-FI no access here

as for others I havent tested it yet....

Thanks for this nice german WM 6.5 Rom. Trying it the hole day and so far no real bugs except:
-some missing translations(e.g. Touch Input Options)
-after flashing a second "Interner Speicher" folder appears and the standard folder was renamed in "Interner Speicher 2"(maybe it was caused by the "Interner Speicher" shortcut)
-after softreset RAM is at 50% but then after playing around a little it grows to 70%. CleanRAM doesn't help
A LITE Rom would be nice.

The registry editor doesn't work well. It's impossible to edit values like
- auto device lock
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\BackLight\AutoDevic eLockEnable - set from 0 to 1
because the folder in the editor collapses
edit: after hard-rest incl. nand-flash reseting it works
At first its a fantastic rom. This is the first rom i tried with WiMo 6.5. I love the Titanium Homescreen. The speed of the rom is for a beta rom (WiMo 6.5 Beta) fantastic. But i've a problem with the batterie bar. When i charge my device the batterie bar stick on the last status e.g. 25%. After softreset it shows 99%. Never got 100%. Messaging is very slow. But all in all the rom is fantastic. Cant wait for next release.

Your version 1 is very impressive. Speed is top and so far i found only some minor bugs.
I'd like to try your second release but it would be intersting to know the changes you made in this version.

I switched to Blackstone and i do not have any Diamond more to test!
I like to have Space and speed in my Diamond and that is why i cook my own clean ROM.
For Now It is in WWE to test and wenn every thing will be perfect there will be a GER one (GER ONLINE NOW)

- NO TITANIUM ( i hate it too )(completely removed)

wmp and youtube not fullscree
i flashed this rom, its very fast and stable, i use it with spb mobile shell 3.5, great performance aswell. But i have problems with the media player and the htc youtube player: they are not completely in full screen, there are black borders around the videos. Can someone help me to fix the fullscreen issue?

Great basic rom but IMHO lacks of few things to be perfect base for SPB MS or PointUI...
1. Long press x doesn't close programs
2. Touch Input doesn't have option to turn vibro on/off
3. Comm Manager doesn't have Beam on/off option
4. Comm Manager doesn't have 3G on/off option
5. Why mixing HTC notification with wm new notification drop-down bar (remove htc notification window)...
All together everything else is pretty much ok.

by far this is the most battery friendly wm, beats every rom i've tried. now i can use my diamond without being afraid of battery dischargement. good job!
can i have Bubble Breaker as a cab, i cant find working Bubble Breaker anywhere.
Rom works fine for me but i have one problem.
TomTom7 is very slow with finding a fix, would it help to get quick GPS??
And if so can anybody help me with a working cab file for Quickgps.

XDA_UC will run during first boot up, at the end you will be asked few questions :
- Autolock Mode Configuration (Enabled/Disabled)(be aware that it used almost 5MB in RAM).
- Autorotation Mode Configuration (Enabled/Disabled)(be aware that itused almost 5MB in ram).
- If you want to create a shorcut for Navigon (as I am using it, I am too lazy to create the shortcut each time I hard reset my phone)
This shorcut is usefull only if you already have the software on your internal storage.
Shortcut is for navigon, it will be created a shortcut for Internal Storage/Navigon/MobileNavigator.exe.
- If you want to delete the MMS Templates (My Documents/Templates).
- If you want to Install a black skin for S2U2 2.4 (be aware that it used almost 6MB in RAM) You need to have S2U2 previously installed
- If you want to use Gen.Y DualBOOT
- If you want to reaarange the shorcut of the Start Menu.
- If you want to restore you PIM, in using the file : "Internal Storage\MyPim.exe" (from resco backup for example).
- Then the device will reset itself.
The connection setup auto launcher will show up after the second boot up.
You have the possibility to run the config script (located on start menu or start menu/system, it will allow you to reconfigure your phone as you can configure it at the end of the XDA_UC).

What happened to the Weather on Today screen? and MSN Weather?
navigon and city advisor are just shorcut on start menu. You need to have already the .exe on your internal storage, at the place I specified in the first post.
For the bluetooth icon I think it is a build issue, I will post a new rom with 23529 next week (with more free ram, I am trying to win some).
In this new rom I will use the standard titanium with the weather.

New version before the end of the week end (if I am successfull).
Noticed that the default microsoft lockscreen consumed almost 5 up to 6 Mb of Program Ram after it's first used, as a consequence on my next release the autolock will be configurable as want the final user.

Maybe because of certs as I can't launch neither HTCAlbum nor PhotoPicker, Uploader.exe.
Better to have Ezinput because the new MS keyb. doesn't have xT9 and other languages
Is it a bit too low with PagePool 6MB ?
Since you already use XDA_UC after the second boot will it be better to run further the start menu grouping?
Next release will have :
- New keyboard with language selection during XDA_UC.
- PagePool to 10Mb.
- XDA_UC will run at first boot.
- SYS/XIP updated (23549/23547).
- Some programs updated.
- New taskbar.
Everything's ready excepting some issue with the keyboard. As soon as I find a solution for this, and a few tryout, I will upload it.

With PagePool I think better to use 8 Mb; well balance btw. speed and performance
