Hi,
Is it possible to download youtube video directly from the phone? Does the original youtube application support the function? If yes, how to do it? If not, is there a software I can use?
Thanks.

Try Web Video Downloader.

which is the last version of flash lite player?
which is the last version of flash lite player? i am using the 2.1 that coming with the rom. but in somes site show me that with this version i cant use features from the site
Hi -
2.1 seems to be the latest version. You're right, some flash-intensive sites do moan about the wrong version, I suspect this is more to do with it being 'Lite' and so missing some essential the site is looking for.

I would have to agree with the above statement; however if you are concerned about viewing websites with flash content then your best bet would be to sign up for Skyfire Beta (just google it and you will find the site) and wait until they send you an invite to download the browser. Other than that we're kinda stuck.
Does anyone know where I can get the flash player or lite... to wm6 (s620) ??
I've tried adobe, but...
Thanks
If you're looking to play flv's, you'll probably want coreplayer or tcpmp with the flash video plugin. I believe there's a flash video bundle linked from this forum by the user, Technology.
As for flash lite, it comes standard on ROMs from T-Mobile and I think Ricky's has it. Which ROM are you using?

I'm using htc french original ROM.
I cannot change because my keyboard layout is different.
I want to see flash content on IE, not videos.
Thanks
since most flash content on the internet is written for flash 8 and above. the default flash lite 2.1 will not work on 99% of sites that use flash. Sorry
Opera Mobile supports flash. (opera Mobile 9.5 that is, there is no "official" release yet)

I don't think you can really do anything with Flash Lite 2.1 alone. Download the FlashVideoBundle. It's in one of the threads here. Just enter "FlashVideoBundle" in the search and see what comes up. Also, download the codecs that are in the thread as well.

You can just check on YouTube. Type in "T-Mobile Dash" in the search and there should be several videos on how to flash your Dash within the bunch.
Or check the upgrade guide in the wiki. There are several video links in it.
search for jamerican how to tutorial
everytime i visit websites, i will encounter alot of notice tat i cant view the content or video as there is no flash player installed.
any1 knows what i need to install to solve everything?
thanks
Dowmload and install opera mini should support most sites
there is no official flash support but you can install:
(*removed*: *sorry, there was a file named myflash31.cab floating around but it got removed due to legal reasons*)
to add flash-lite 3.1 support. also you have to know: until the adobe flash player 10.1 is released there is no way for any mobile phone to support newer websites made with flash because flash-lite has no support for sites published with actionscript3/flashplayer9 (which is available since a few years now).
at least you videoproblem should be solved because flash-lite3.1 comes with most the latest codecs.

Abobe is gonna release flash player (version 10.1) for windows mobile within some time now, so just wait a bit.

If you want to see flash content / pages as you would on your PC then the only current solution is installing the Skyfire browser. Its freeware and you can get it here www.skyfire.com. Its not the most straight forward of browsers to use but it will let you see all those sites that you couldnt before!!
x2 for skyfire on websites with video content.
yap, actually the video walkthrough on mobileburn makes quite a deal out of that in wm6.5 flash player (shown as youtube vid as example) is running in browser. with 6.5 it`s supported by inet explorer even.
Hi everyone I'm trying to get a web site to work on my HTC desire hd...this is the web site
http://www.oasisactive.com/ but it says install Adobe ? How do I do that ?
You shouldn't need it as flash player comes installed with DHD. Have you got plugins enabled in your internet application?
Also if you want newer flash player just go into the Market, search and download.

Hi,
Check the Flash player version. You just need to upgrade the Flash Player. You can also install the newer version of the Flash player from “Online Market search”.
I have Adobe 10.1 Flash Player installed and it says INCOMPATIBLE BROWSER.....I have enable plugins turned on?
So
I installed FireFox open the web site oasisactive.com with firefox and it says update Adobe flash player click here.....I go to the web site and it says Adobe in unavailable for your device or browser ?
So I think I need help
I just went onto the website with stock browser and latest Adobe Flash from the Market and that was with plugins set to On Demand.
So I don't really know what to say, it works perfectly.

Have you tried loging in ? Because that's when it says incompatible browser ? And at bottom it says you can still try and continue and you can but the web based messenger is all ways offline and you can't speak to any one or even send requests ?
And I all so had plugins on demand turned on ?
Anyone having problems with Adobe Flash Player within internet browsing using RCMix s V1.1 ++? Tried both stock browser and Dolphin HD but I'm not able to see flash content. Youtube is working fine so must be something to do with internet browsing side.
Anyone having the same problem? I tried uninstalling Adobe Flash 10.2 and installed Adobe Flash 10.1 but web pages said I needed to update to view content. So I undated via the Market but after update I still can't view flash content whilst browsing sites with flash content i.e BBC Websites(news,Sport, etc). Thanks in advance for any help.
Having the same issue been searching for a solution all day no joy.
Posted on the RCMix S site but no help.
