I asking to anyone who expert about this. I got my Motorola A3100 with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional but only available Chinese Language. I'm not too sure is there is a patch for english. It's normally just cooked in.
It's been other languages that people seem to be working on.
I wonder if the rom your using is dumpable, then you could re-cook it in wwe.
I would suggest ervius kitchen for trying to dump and re cook.
