Is it just me, or is the download really slow??

yap. the download speed is slow. around 50kbps at my site. finish downloaded. the flashing is damm slow.. cant wait to see how it looks like.. haha
but i think.. it left lot of room for the experts here to cook it!

Can anyon confirm that the OZ ROM have GPS enabled or not?

gps is enabled.
the rom is quite responsive and fast!
with live messenger, office 6.1 etc..

Yes, I can also confirm that the D810 WM6 upgrade has been posted (on the Dopod Asia Australian site) and can really be downloaded now. (61MB) Not that it helps me and my Dopod 838 Pro... Hopefully the upgrade for that won't be too far away, now.

Might take a little while yet mate.
Once I've got my d/l I'll u/l somewhere straight away (work permitting) but only a very few folks will have got the complete file yet - factor in u/l time too.

I understood, that 1.93 is the main release, 456 is the country/area code, and the last number was indicating sub version.

I've just installed it on my diamond.GPS and GPRS are working fantastic.GPS less than 15 seconds(after cold start with gps tool).Voice on calls are superb.
I use Dia duit rom 1.6.7.

thanks man... i'm in SA but was never even informed of this hotfix/radio!!!
i tried installing the blackstone version but because my Diamond wasn't SUnlocked it locked the phone & it was real scary trying to fix it but i eventually managed...
Edit: Just installed perfectly on my BSB Ultimate ROM, pity it wiped my info though...

So... on 2.11 based roms it DOESN'T work???

I'm using it with a cooked 2.11 ROM and I have no problems.

using on an oficial spanish rom, 2.03 + rilphone 1.14
