BIG WOOP Tdial designer

I downloaded this soft and went and created a dialer it renders as a folder, what should I do? What dialpad do I used and where to I get this from? I have the HTC 8525 OR why can't I find the root directory on the Equinoxe Wizard reTouched? Basically the program looks wonderful but creates a folder now If I could have that as a .cab that would be ideal. Take my idea

Toggle BlueTooth and button on Home Tab !!!

It is my first file of installation that I created then I wanted to share it with you!!!
This CAB installs the toggleBT in the Windows directory and modifies the registry as indicated by 1IV54IV3!!

Put the zip file on your SD
1. shut down your phone
2. when its off > press power + home (Middle) button and hold this
3. try to update from zip
