AudioRoute 1.2.020 - XPERIA X1 Themes and Apps

This tool that can be used to route the audio from the earpiece speaker to the backspeaker and vice versa.
A good addon for VoIP utilities.
Features:
# Routes the audio output to earpiece of backspeaker
# VoIP compatible
# Easy to use User Interface
# Command line support
# Uses Teksoft's DynRIL library
Compatible with: Pocket PC and Smartphone WM5.0 / WM6.0 and Above
It works by transfering all the sound to the earpiece. good for skype.....works well on xperia

Thanks for the promising app. Unfortunately, not yet compatible with my Verizon Samsung Omnia i910. Installed AudioRoute 1.2.020. Selected earpiece (left icon), which changed status icon to "E", but did not route sound to earpiece. Selected backspeaker (middle icon) and then speakerphone (right icon), both change icon back to "S" but no apparent difference. That is, no change at all in actual audio routing.

Voice Command 1.6 + WM5 + BT Mono Headset

I have installed VC 1.6 and all works fine except one thing :
if i want to redirect the audio to the BT Headset ( for tomtom commands or WMP music ) i can use some utility like BTAudioON/OFF/Toggle but after an incoming call / Voice command all return as before and only the internal speaker is used ( expect during voice dialing of course ) and i have to re-issue a BTAudioON manually.
How can i get this situation :
1. push talk on the BT Headset
2. issuing : "Start tomtom navigator"
3. Tomtom starts and audio is redirected to the BT Headset even after voice dialing period expired.
4. shut down BT headset.
5. internal speaker is used as usual
6. switch on BT headset again
7. internal speaker disabled and audio is forwarded again to the BT Headset
It is possible ?
Quick answer is 'It depends'
If the headset has a 'Headset' service then yes, if it only has a 'handsfree' service then without using something to redirect the output then no.

Click to collapse
The profile of my headset ( motorola H3 ) is only 'handsfree' so im am searching something 'clever' that redirect the audio output on/off after phone calls.
Tried BlueMusic 2.0 that claims to behave like before but doesn't restore after phone calls.

An enigma...

I have a Helmi Broadcaom BT stac on my Universal. A day ago I 've bought a BT stereo headphones type Siemens HHB-750. It has function both HF and Hi-FI stereo ouput. The enigma is that the headphones works gerat as a stereo wireess, but I cannot put it to work as HF. When a call comes or when I dail a number I can hear from headphones a gently noise, but voice is still heard form Universal's speaker. I 've tried with another BT HF and I've got the same result, eg. Universal can detect the device, can connect itself with it, but during a call it cannot switch sound form bulid-in speaker to a BT headset working as HF. What to do?
Hi there, have you verified that you BT headphones have all their functions enabled in their profile?
Open the comm manager, Bluetooth settings, look for your phones (with the phones on, update the available services if needed), tap on all the services they suppose to have.
Hope it helps.
Alas not... I've activated all the function of my BT hHeadset ie. high quality stereo output and HF. The first function works great, the second one is still dead :-(((

A2DP Toggle?

I was baruusing the internets and found this app. Apparently this is totally different from the various bt audio toggler programs. This actually toggles the a2dp on and off when you're using A2DP enabled BT Headphones. Has anyone tried using this before?
here's some info about it:
A2DPToggle 1.1.010
This software installs as a today or home plugin and allows the user to switch the audio between Device Speaker and A2DP Stereo Headsets. It also supports Speakerphone mode.
Features:
Instantly switch the audio between A2DP Device and the Windows Mobile Device
Supports both Pocket PCs and Smartphones
Bluetooth and Headsets state indicators
Advanced graphics
Settings panel with configurable options
Speakerphone support

sounds interesting ill check it out
I tried it out and (atleast for me) its not a worthwhile program. I can do the same thing with my headset (Jabra 8010) simply by pressing abutton on the headset. But it does work, so it might be usefull for someone.
Useful for me thanks..
I installed this on my Dash with the latest kavana rom and it refuses to run. I tried to uninstall it, and it won't uninstall either. I'm a super n00b at this BT audio business, and I'm looking to force the audio to my mono BT device like I've seen mentioned on several forums. I've gotten it to work by using MS voice command to bug out while WMP is running, but it reverts back to my speaker if I touch the call button on my headset.
Any help or suggestions?

[Q] Mono > Stereo toggle?

When I am in the office I need to be alert for incoming calls from colleagues, and therefore I only use one of my earphones when listening to music. There is a function on Samsung devices that allows you to change the output sound from stereo to mono (settings > my device > accessibility), and I am wondering if there is an app to toggle this? A widget for example. I only need mono during the time I listen to music, and want to be able to switch between stereo > mono quickly.
I can't seem to find anything in Play Store, but perhaps there is a solution somewhere?

[SOLVED] Low Bluetooth volume

Ok , I lied: I don't have a solution for this
BUT, I had it! I solved this problem two times already but at the third wipe I forgot how it's done and now I can't remember
The problem: I use applications that read notifications (whatsapp, email, facebook, sms) through the speakers of my car or through my bluetooth mono earpice. When in the car (which I suppose it's stereo) the volume is extremely low.
I remember I solved this on 6.0 and 7.1 fiddling probably with XPosed and other stuff.
I use "SMS,MyCar&Me" but I also tried "ReadItToMe - Unique Handsfree" and I have the same problem.
The bluetooth mono earpice is a Kelodo S570
The car entertainment system is Fiat Blue&Me
I'm writing this post mainly as a reminder to myself, I'll update it as soon as I remember the solution
I think I found a different solution, but so far it worked with the Kelodo S570 (I'll try it in the car too)
Dynamic Media BT Mono Router
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...it&rdid=net.philipp_koch.dynamicmediabtrouter
What this does basically is re-route the media volume to the bluetooth mono channel.
In the app "SMS,MyCar&Me" I have the following option:
Send output to Bluetooth headset
Mono BT headsets will not be used [_]
Mono BT headsets will be used (eg headset that cannot play music) [X]
With the S570 I can use both options.
With the checkbox checked, the audio is low.
With the checkbox un-checked, the audio is fine but this is because the S570 can also be used for "Multimedia audio". This means I hear all the sounds of the UI through the earpiece.
This is not the case for the Blue&Me. With it, I can only use it for "Phone audio" and "Share contacts" (this is what I see tapping on the cog in the Bluetooth settings of Android)
If I uncheck the box the device is disconnected, the notifications are read through the phone's loudspeaker
