I read all the troubleshooting threads I could find and for some reason I am still having problems installing themes onto my Evo. This is the theme I am trying to install:
droidforums.net/forum/koush/70759-theme-revoution-cm6-rc3.html
I have Cyanogenmod 6 installed already and the only theme I got to work was the Gingerbread theme. No other themes seem to work. I cleared my cache and installed everything as per instruction but I still get stuck on the boot screen and it just loops forever. Can anyone help me out?
Hi! I've got a problem. I used Samba Prime v7 before and everything is worked fine for me. Today I upgraded to v8.0 and after phone reboot I've got htc logo on white screen and after 1 minute its fade out with purple stripes and become black.
Some notes:
during installation its says its sensation phone
no errors during and after installation
did everythings right (wipes etc.)
got no screen where we can choose which software to delete (screen we got after 1st screen where we have to choose some options (bravia engine, keyboard with arrows etc.)
Do you have any ideas whats wrong?
thanx!
PS now I installed samba prime v7 back. Its working? but I want v8.5!

There is a fix for unlock problem with Sabsa 8.0 , in v8.5 the bug is fixed. It's seem that now there isn't the screen for deleting apps , can anyone confirm it ?
#1: Did you checked md5sum?
#2: How did you wiped?
#3: Dev removed some features in Aroma because they don't work. So that's normal.

I bought this tablet on ebay.
Information about this tablet is on here https://www.ebay.com/itm/253519328730?ViewItem=&item=253519328730
So anyways, I downloaded some themes, and apps and then all of a sudden it starts to bootloop. The seller gave me links to how to fix it but it all seems complicated. I just really need a more simple way to solve this, thanks.
I also noticed a theme I installed made the system ui stop, maybe its the theme thats causing it?
FIxed the problem just had to find out how to make the twrp recovery come up.
Okay so everything was working fine up until yesterday. Then i uninstalled a theme and applied it again with a different accent color, and it didnt apply. I tried it with other themes and overlays and they werent compiling either. I tried uninstalling all overlays and now i cant get any themes to work. It says compiled without any errors when i build it but after i reboot my device theres nothing there, the theme hasnt applied at all. Anybody know what happened??
If your running a custom rom than it is probably sue to the system partition being full and therefore Substratum cant work.

Im on stock android 9.0
Well then thats def weird my themes run perfect so far. Are you making sure that you go back into Substratum manager and enabling all overlays that you previously built after rebooting?

Thats the problem, after i reboot nothing shows up in the manager, they never compiled even though it says compiled without any errors before the reboot
Hi there,
I'm facing the same issue at the moment... @op did you find the culprit?
Cheers...
Same here. Anytime got any ideas? Magisk installed, root granted, stock 9.0. Themes compiled and visible in Substratum. I install overlays, see nothing in Manager tab (which is normal), get no errors, reboot, and still nothing in Manager tab.
Seems only the icons from system apps adapt to theme, those in the circles are how they should be. It's like this whit every theme i use. Miui12.03 global
It's ok now, i did a factory reset and reinstalled all apps. Error is gone.
