Help!!dead Pda "wizard Or Xda Mini S" After Flashing With Shelltools Metod

Dear friend, i ave cid unlock and flashing rom with "ShellTool_bugfixed". After this metod my pda is DEAD (scree O2 ipl 2.21.0001 - spl 2.21.0001 gsm 02.19.21 - os 1.3.9.2) HELP ME! Sorry for my bad english i'm italian!!

*Fixed* Original Diamond RUU_Diamond_HTC_GER_1.93.407.1 *without SPL*

Here a flashable Version of the new Original HTC ROM (German Version) without SPL for those who recieve the "Invalid model ID" message at 5%- e.g. while trying to flash the original HTC ROM on the MDA Compact IV...
All Versions (Radio/Splash/OS) as the Original:
OS: 1.93.407.1 GER
Radio: 1.00.25.05
Just use the "DiamonCustomRUU.exe" to flash...
