Cannot see colored 3G on my new Taskbar

hello there
i have installed sdkcerts.cab and the Colored Top Bar WWE-GREEK Call.cab but i cannot see the colored 3G. My HTC HD still show me the original 3G square icon

so many people have read my post but no one was able to answer ? well i guess is also because you don't have this kind of problem
i have found the reason !!
the cause of what i have wrote before is the application
Advanced_Configuration_Tool_v3.3.cab
Once i uninstalled Advanced_Configuration_Tool_v3.3.cab i can see all taskbar icon correctly. If i install it again then some icon does not work correctly

How to replace the background of the Start menu TOPAZ

Anyone who can provide some suggestions or ways to change it? TOPAZ default Start menu is a black background, if there are ways to change into other patterns, it will be great, please help, thank you

Don't you just set the Today Background image to the one you want? Then the start menu will have that image as its background

Actually in order to change background picture over there we need to modify manila files, I hope some one knows the solution.

[Q] ROM Toolbox

I found this cool app called ROM Toolbox which can change your font and boot animation etc
but my question is it dangerous if I change the system battery icon on the notification bar ?
anyone can test it i received my arc 5 days ago because of the 0% problem and i don't want to brick my phone again

Action Memo Transparency

Hello,
I have made some changes in Action Memo ,but i need help to finish it.
What i done until now:
1.Memo is fixed to work with PNG files for Background
2.All the BG images are converted to PNG with 100% transparency
3.Action buttons are set to be transparent.
4.Fixed FC when changing the memo BG
What i need to fix:
The light blue BG witch is showing every time i open the action memo

I'm using a rom with G3 theme, now i'm having an issue with status bar icon when having incoming call, please see attached file:

I think there is a wrong icon related to stat_sys_phone_call vs stat_sys_headset. I found these icons in framework-res and lge-res, they exists but i don't know how to find xml file to edit this icon.
So can anyone help me ??
