Config The RC e100 Remote Controller?

Hello,
Ik was wondering if it was possible to config the buttons on my RC e100 remote controller? Then i hope its possible to use the controller also for other audio programs, because of the equalizer problem that a lot of people have.
I hope someone can help me

I would love to use the HTC RC E100 with S2P.

In another thread someone said that PocketPlayer recognizes all of the buttons of this remote control.
So I guess other third party players like CorePlayer first have to include support for this remote control.
There's nothing HTC can do.
Unbelievable how much time goes by and nothing happens, but that's so typical for CoreCodec.

rc-e100 absolutely doesnt work with my hermes ;-(

It is not supposed to work with BlueSoleil but with Broadcom stack

RC E100 is on cable, not bluetooth

I would also love to use the remote with MortPlayer.
On my touch Diamond, I tried HTC Audio Manager, which is unfortunately not VGA compatible. The remote works with it. Maybe that's a clue

There is a VGA compatible HTC Audio Manager out there, you can get it here: http://rapidshare.com/files/53159533/HTC.Audio.Manager.cab.html
Think it's a bit strange that no one has built an app yet to interpredate the signals sent from the headset, it cannot be impossible... Big minus to HTC for not releasing an API for this.

RC w100 can't control Sense 2.5 player
There hjave been over a year and no one have figure out how to make the remote control other players. The only oines it controls are:
WMP
Pocket player with all the plugins (Older manila)
HTC Manila Player.
It stopped working on latest Manila releases,
Im using Sense 2.5 Enrgy ROM and can't control the player yet.
Any clues????

Music player needed for the HD

Hey,
i using the default music player and i dont like it, you cant make a playlist normally, doesnt look so good and not comfortable at all..
can you suggest me a good music player to use?

nitrogen works fine for me with alot of skins but im positive there are better out there

I use mini-lyrics sometime
not quite power save...
not the best looking
but it has Lyrics !... XD I guess others could suggest better player if you can tell us what kinda function you really looking for

i was looking for that can be integrated into touch flo .. anything out there or any one knows how to config it ?

i suggest you try all of them and find the one you prefer

pocketplayer
nitrogen
everyone has its own pros and cons
unfortunately if you want best performance (less skips and such) you have to stick with builtin windows media player which has the worst interface EVER :/

just the best player with the best performance...except the ugly WMP bahhh..

Well best performance is WMP and you can always skin it. There is an ipod skin available - iphone skin

Does WMP have any finger gestures?

I recommend S2P since it integrates perfectly into S2U2! =D

no and it seems it wont be updated on winmo6.5 as well

dont forget mortplayer! it has the most options of all.

If you like Winamp skins,they work
If you like winamp skins,use those,as they work on any screenres.Google them,i got lots a while back as freeware,used them from qvga up to wvga.

I really like it but it looks bad and the mp3 player on the touchflo just doesn't work at all anymore.

This is one I like attached - not sure where I got it. For the Touch HD my own experience is that Core Player is the most reliable with superior quality sound with the attached Diamond skin.

HTC 2d Audio Manager WVGA Problem

Hello, i was searching a looong time for the perfect music player.
At the moment I am trying the 2d Manila Player.
It is almost perfect, but I have a problem, because actually it is in QVGA.
With a Fix (attached File) I could make it WVGA, but I still have 2 graphical Bugs.
In the Standard Player-View the buttons are too small (see Pic Bug1) and
in the Library-View there is a black box on the top (see Pic Bug2).
Hoping for help.
If you wanna try it too, please be aware that I dont know if it destroys your standard manila 1 or 2.1 music tab, I disabled the tab.
I think deinstalling the app should fix it, if it crashes.
Please dont wonder why I use the TouchFlo2d Player, although I have Manila 2.1...
