I've just purchased a Diamond for my daughter, so don't want to give her a cooked ROM (not just yet, anyway), so I'm after the latest HTC release, which I think is 1.96.710.3, with radio 1.00.25.5
I've been searching, but can't find a link.

What do you mean with "final"?
If you mean latest,you can go on the htc web site or in a thread somewhere in this subforum(i don't remember what's the name of it)

Use the serial number in your Htc diamond to download the final rom for your diamond. Good luck.
