stuck in bootloader screen (need help) - HTC Excalibur

Everytime I turned on my DASH, it stucks on the tricolor bootloader screen. I tried to hard reset the phone several times but nothing happens. I also tried to flash the official T-mobile roms, but I always got the error 260 (phone not connected) screen when the phone is physically connected to the pc. Anyone can help me? thanks

Bootloader problem...help!

first off, as of lately i have been having trouble getting an activesync connection it is on and off. I started flashing a new rom and activesync disconnected during the flash and i got stuck in bootloader mode, activesync will no longer connect. Does anyone know how to get out of this, hard reset wont work it keeps going back to this screen
anybody, id appreciate anything
If your in bootloader then activesync won't connect anyway, that's normal. The way you can tell if you're connected so you can flash your ROM again is to look at the bottom of the bootloader screen and see if it says USB. If it does, start flashing your ROM again. If it doesn't say USB, then that's a whole different story.

Load issue

FIXED NOW!
Need help.
I burned the new Kavana ROM. everything was working ok.
placed my microSD and the device didn't recognize it, so i rebooted.
upon reboot the device got stuck on the white HTC screen.
pulled battery
tried again, rebooted, past the HTC screen to the Windows Mobile welcome screen but freeze again. hard reboot didn't respond.
pulled battery, then turned back on. device didn't even turn on!
tried several times with/without battery hooked up to power , and with/without SIM and/or microSD (all possible combinations) and nothing.
had lunch
went back to it and the device magically booted it but after the white HTC screen i got a blue screen asking about error from last reboot. said yes to correct. rebooted went past white HTC and into Windows mobile welcome screen and froze again.
repeated the process several times and finally got to the blue screen again asking about error from last boot, this time said 'no' and device continued boot in a white screen without HTC logo and froze.
all hard reset attempts were unsuccessful (if i'm doing it right: hold two soft keys and then power button).
now the device boots to the white HTC screen and then is stuck.
what to do?
edit: got the hard reset to work and reconfigured my phone. i only noticed the black screen for a split second because my Dash has issue that it thinks that the green send button is being pressed all the time (anyone know how to fix that?).
Thanks
Find your original rom in sticky, go into bootloader and flash original rom, then flash to wm6.1.
have the same issue!!... did you fixed? the main problem is activesync is not running so how do i install another ROM?
Active sync doesnt have to be working aslong as u got ur s621 pluged in and u wait for a few seconds before starting the ROM it will work.

Diamond wont detect networks and other problems - all of a sudden

Hi guys,
my diamond has gone berzerk!
it gave up on me all of a sudden....froze so i tried to restart and didnt work. i did a hard reset and eventually finished. the problem is that the phone wont detect any network, wifi and bluetooth are working but the 'phone' isnt - in comm manager enabling phone appears to do something showing the busy icon but then reverts back to 'off'.
im using hard spl 1.40
radio .25.08
and every rom does this.
the red reset button is also not doing anything more, i.e pressing it does nothing...
ideas???
oh and it occasionally resets too....
did a hard reset and the phone keeps rebooting....gets to the windows logon and then reboots....

how much?
after hard reset two time could be normal.
it restarts an infinite number of times - as if it gets stuck in some loop.
its very random so there can be periods of time where its fine and i think its cured itself then all of a sudden it will restart and be fine for a while then sometimes it can just get stuck in a restart loop.
have you find a solution?
i know from my experimentals that loopings are normal by ****ti-mitti-roms.
the rom could be fine, but one deleting file here or there let starts the looping.
try orig. rom from your device. if looping again ... dont know :-(
Maybe this thread can help you out, it's worth trying:

Diamond stuck at configuring screen after Rom upgrade

Dear all,
Desperately need help and deeply appreciate if anyone could shed some light.
I recently upgrade my rom. The rom upgrade without problem, after I installed couple of applications, the phone was hang after restart.
I tried re-flashing the rom couple times and it seems everytime restart, the rom will hang.
After several re-flashing, my phone now stuck at the screen where, it stated, system is being configure and stuck on this screen forever.
I tried reset the rom by Vol-down & back key as well as vol-down & center key, Rom upgrade completed successfully but upon phone restart, my phone keep stuck at the same screen.
I do noticed that, by resetting the phone into bootloader mode (reset with Vol-Down, back key) with USB cable attached to my phone, the bootloader detected USB connection but time out.
Is there any software which I should install on my laptop which allow me to transfer another diamimg.nbh to this phone?
Thank you

you should try mtty...it formats your phone and solves all the problem like the yours..a guide to use it is in a sticky thread
or you can try downloading any rom and usually the chef includes a file called customRUU.exe..put your phone in bootloader mode then flash trough customRUU.exe
