ok so i had my dash now for afew months and i was hoping to get another windows phone tht i can unlock ato use tmobile on can anyone give me ideas?
narrowing it down would probly help... do u wanna touch screen, non touch, ,full key board...
like i want somthing that is alil better then the dash so touch screen,non touch it does not matter to me....as long as it has the key bored and i can txt ill be happy
I would get a s710 i got one for 200 cnd. or if u want a step up the s730 or do you know of the S630.

ok like the dash been pissing me off lately like i type really fast on it and its not so responsive...like ill be typing then it makes this beep sound like wtf and it does not put the key down or somthing....can i fix this?

the g1 is okay it has touchscreen and a keyboard so maybe consider that..do you have a lot of apps on your phone? how much space do you have left?

Check craigslist.org depending where you live and you might find a used phone cheap. I would suggest HTC tilt/kaiser/tytn , the titan/mogul or the htc touch . Those would be my choices if I were to get a phone before the maple came out.

Its cause windows is slowing down on ur dash S621, might have to just reinstall WM, do you have a ton of apps and stuff on ur phone ?

Huh? Smartphone/ppc no longer applies in WM6.
The HT1100 is just an HTC Touch with a keypad. It runs WM6 professional, which is what PocketPC was under WM5.

Currently testing kaiser drivers
Here is a 20755 rom With the HTC kaiser drivers, Manilla3d, and the ddi.dll driver : HERE
I haven't been able to test these roms yet as my phone is dead and being replaced.
The goal of this is to see how the 3d drivers affect the hermes rom preformance and also to see if we are able to get this manilla3d interface working. as the above manilla3d thread and kaiser drivers become updated i will update this thread also.

The Hermes has fine D3D Drivers as far as I can tell, or you can use the Samsung software one if you want.
It doesnt help much, never really tested it though.

Didnt HR, but its taking ages to install, should have backed everything up, ah well
Seems to be going fine, I might HR anywhere after its installed + test it again.

yep, was sorta expecting that, you need to disable all today plugin also like suggested
As far as I can tell its a nogo.
It wont boot, its stuck at tab here to launch touchflow 3D.
Then it looks between that and launching.
Same thing happens with and without the software drivers.

The whole screen part just ripped off, hinge got caught half open poking out of my pocket, and jammed between it and the chair.. I knew there was a reason I was nervous about the slide getting stuck half open.

...In fact, this has got me thinking about the BA again. If only I could hard-wire a GPS receiver to it somehow (so I wouldn't have to mess about with Bluetooth and two car-chargers) my Kaiser wouldn't be on TomTom duties - the BA's mahoosive screen would be so much nicer

Mines on its last legs, backup battery is 100% dead, and the screen only works badly, but even then the finger scrolling works really well.
I cant get IE8 working, as It wont sync with my computer to put the files on.
the screen is so ugly compared to my Hermes though

Where you able to do a Rom Dump? Is the reason you could not sync do to Windows 7 or the BA?
hey i was wondering is it possible to get sims 3 on a sgs i9000 because i know a vibrant has it and i saw clips of the need for speed shift on a sgs and was wondering is it out? i was just wondering as i own a g1 and will get a upgrade on the 13th and im going to get the sgs and i'm hoping it will make my 1st gen itouch NO MORE btw if seen sims3.apk around but it obvious it wont work on my g1 and was wondering has anyone tried it? as i dont know if i can trust download torrents from the site ive seen them on. thank you in advance

Well true, i checked with ipmart but found only games, but not impressive. I found something on Chinabuye, an online store from China. Good games are already in there you can try it on ur phone, even latest tech phones are available at better rates, i am planning to get one for this Christmas.

I absolutely agree with supporting developers, but the version of The Sims on the vibrant cannot be bought and is far superior to the one on the market.
I went to my local shop today and asked for a replacment as my phone kept getting so slow and hot i just wanted to try another not only that i was silly n scratched the back of the phone "i could of cryed lol" so ive now orderd a case. Well now i have my replacment this 1 just seems much faster. With all apps installed like previous its defo a better device. So i guess theres devices that function better than others. Can anyine recommend me a good screen protector?
