YouMail notification - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Is there anyway to set up YouMail so that when I receive a voice mail on my HTC Touch it will react as if I was still using Verizon Wireless' voice mail system?
or better yet. Visual voice mail
Thank you.

I'm guessing you probably already know by now, but YouMail now has what you're looking for, but not for free.
I've got my YouMail configured not to notify me via VM indicator or SMS, but to just email me the message. Since I'm using Exchange OTA sync, I get the MP3 within seconds.

Outlook Mobile Notification

Hi, sorry if I'm in the wrong subsection, i've been searching but I couldn't find anything.
Is there a way to get notified when a new email comes to a certain folder in outlook mobile. The reason is I'm using google voice and forwarding txt to email. So I only want to get notified when I get a new sms. (I set up gmail to filter sms from google voice into a certain folder, so outlook mobile should reflect that)
Thanks in advance!

Yahoo Mail on EVO, Sent Mail Vanishes

I've been all over the place for this issue, and no one has been able to solve it.
I have Yahoo plus as my main email and installed it on my EVO, under the "Mail" icon. My issue is that anything I send from there, is delivered to the recipient, but there is no record of the sent message on the Yahoo Servers. This force me to use 3rd party apps, which I don't like, as it doesn't have the services/options, and they are required to "poll" for my messages, instead of being automatically pushed to my phone, which is a huge drain on battery, that is already less then average. I typically get over 100 emails a day, so I can't have it only polling once in a while, as I will never catch up.
Does anybody know what settings to use, so as to fix this problem, as neither Sprint, HTC, or Yahoo have a clue?
Also, has anyone found a app for SMS texting contact, without putting them in V-card format?
I currently have Roid1.0 and K-9 Mail, neither of which I'm too fond of.

ONe X Mail App with Apple

Anyone get the One X stock Mail app to work with Apple Mail?
I have tried all the setting I could find and I can get mail, incomming to problem but it will not send.
Anyone with the Outgoing Mail setting for Apple that actually work could you please forward them.
BTW, I have K-9 Mail working fine and even copied the outgoing mail setting but it still didn't work.
Thanks

Forward SMS to my phone

I can forward the incoming calls to other phone. How can I forward incoming SMS to other phone?
Both voice and SMS forwarding are network functions. And very few networks implement SMS forwarding. You might try contacting your provider and ask if they do, but chances are slim.
As an alternative, you may install a SMS app with SMS forwarding capability - something like "Auto SMS (Autoresponder)" or similar. You'll be paying for each message that gets resent, unless you're on a plan with free SMS.
If you're connected to an Exchange email server you can also sync SMS with email.
You can find these kinds of apps on the market. As the last poster mentioned, you need an sms forwarder. I use sms backup which after 1 minute of receiving a message it backs up the message onto my gmail account under a label of my choosing. You mark them as read or unread. You have a lot of possibilities when it comes to just saving or forwarding your messages. But if you want to be able to respond, then that's more difficult. You can forward the sms to another phone, but responding with the same number is a trickier subject!

Hmmm, I've been carrying two phones until I port my number from T-Mobile to O2.... might have to look into these SMS forwarding apps

SMS SYNC

Is it possible to sync text messages (sms) with microsoft exchange on hox ?
tnx
Pardon me, does Microsoft exchange store SMS? i don' think so.
Not sure about exchange, but there are apps which let you back up to your gmail account. Perhaps set that up and use some forwarding rules to get everything showing up on the exchange account?
Im using mightytext at the moment. Its working ok. But samsung s3 has sms sync bulit in by default, so i thought htc has it somewhere also. I guess that is not the case.
Can't say I've ever heard of a built-in sms sync in sense no. But as you say, plenty of apps to do the job for you.
I'd recommend airdroid over mightytext personally, I find the interface is far nicer. Plus it lets you manage more than just sms, which can be handy.
