ClearTemp 1.3 - where can I download?? - Touch HD Themes and Apps

Hi guys, I've seen some cooked ROMs released with ClearTemp 1.3 but all I can find is v1.2 at the moment (even on author's homepage).
Can anyone share ClearTemp 1.3 cab with me here? Or point me to the right thread? (I've search almost everywhere.........).

Hi,
I'm new to this part of the forum(I come from the Xda Exec). I have updated to the WM6.5 but I definitely don't like the way the icons are scattered and would like to revert back to the old wm5/wm6 start menu and programs/settings layout similar to WM5 or WM6 to the pics below:
