do a search for an enlgish ROM

Hy, well my question is can we get the htc hd mail client on a desire rom? I would love to see a working hd rom but nothing so far. So maybe its easyer to port the email client for the desire. Why? Well simply becouse of the mark all and read all its more than enough, its exactly whats missing from the desire inmo... thank, and pls excuse my typo and poor english.
Hi. I just got a HTC Desire Z as a present, and I'm realy looking foreward to using it. But unfortunately it was bought in Britain with an english keyboard, and I need the danish æøå. So I need a app or mod that enables me to use these, and I would very much appriciate an relatively guide (I'm no tech-genius)
Can anybody help me?
There is an alt key mappings thread about this in the Development section pal.

A bit late, but...

It's not exactly a simple approach... :-/
I was actually just rummaging around the board to find a solution to write æøå with my freedom pro hardware keybord on my Desire and Galaxy Tab, when I stumbled over this.
Hey guys !
(by advance sorry for my english).
I just saw that on homepage :
http://www.xda-developers.com/android/multi-touch-support-recovery-testers-needed/
Any chance to see it on our desire one day ?
Thank you !
Hm... very interesting! However if all amoled devices are able to get either 3 or 5 point multi-touch as he says then why on earth did HTC only equip the Desire with 2 point multitouch??? It doesn't make much sense to me but nobody would be happier than me if he's right
I'm not sure, maybe HTC see things only by the commercial way. Real multi touch as a new feature to sell new devices.
Moar details there at 6th page :
