Best places to buy "blue angel" in europe?

Hi.
Can someone please reccommend me some good e-shops that sell the "blue angel" or a similiar version phone? The phone must be sim-free and in English.

Try www.expansys.com. They sell SIM free xda IIs disguised as " i-mate PDA2K Pocket PC", as well as xda II alias "i-mate Pocket PC". It may be worth while to check the prices in different locations - they seem to vary a lot. A list of places offering the xda IIs can be found in http://www.expansys.de/error.asp?exit=015&data=I-MATE_III.

You also may considering deShop.
They've got the Imate version and the Qtek version. They also got a lot off accessories for the devices, like cases... they're really the only shop I found with so much accessories!!
I bought there the Imate PDA2K, the Piel Frama case, brodit holder, and just made I new order for the Imate JAM, brodit holder and an alucase for the PDA2K.
They 've nice services and very good prices... even shipping to Belgium (this shop is located in the Netherlands)

Contact T-Mobile on 150, it costs £15

mate it is only 15 pounds if you have a tmobile contract in the UK, and they don't do foreign Imei numbers they just send you a letter telling to go to your own country.
As you notice above people are not situated in the UK. countries like holland germany etc ask way more and demand you to have a reciept or so..
Which we dont have or else we wont be asking here HAHA.

where did you got your MDA Pro from ? and was it with or without contract ?

i got it from ebay several months ago LOL
was cheap (without receipt though), but i didn't mind. I will wait till a unlock tool comes out.. for now i am using it with a tmobile prepaid(pay as you go) works great.
It is not nicked, checked it with tmobile uk :shock: .
But i would be way more pleased to use it with my vodafone contract :twisted: (using a tmobile unlocked mda compact for that).

true.. early versions of the O2 Exec. where simlockfree but the newer versions arn't .. shame..
anyway.. loving my mda pro loads.. even the new wisbar advance beta (wm5 cab) with the desktop pluging is soo cool and works already way faster.
Carrying my mda pro and a spv c550 around right now.. waiting for the day i can stop using the spv c550 and use my mda pro with my vodofone card.

O2 germany don't sell the Exec here, and i-mate also don't sell anything in germany. the Universal is here only available as MDA Pro and VPA 4.
But i recommence you to buy it in your country, because of the sim/netlock and the hardware keyboard!!!

Unlocking mda compact III?
Alas we still couldn 't find a free or atleast cheaper unlock solution to this telefoon.
The trustworthy site is www.erlan.nl (guaranteed).
Can someone help me restoring the icons like that of battery status and screen landscaping (horizontal) etc. I bought some 2nd hand mda compact III and this misses these icons. i only tried some tiny cab programs like that of spb etc but the original icosn of the taskbar r never recoverd althoug i upgraded to wm6 black and even tried the tray launch but i dont know as to wich path like windows/??? should b girven to place these icons onto the taskbar of today.
Second question i failed to change the flash of tmobile while using the artemis uspl and artemis flash screen program.
can someone help me.

I have been trying to find in this forum a straight forward yes no type answer to the following question ( but have been unable too ) :
My wife has just bought a T-Mobile(UK) MDA Compact III (ARTE110), there seems to be some confusion (maybe it's just me ) as to wether it is possible to enable wi-fi on this device. Is this possible ?
And before someone try's to Flame me as a none searching n00b I have searched and the results are somewhat confusing.

I don't see how it can be that confussing, everytime anyone asks they either get told to search, or they get told NO, THE UK T-MOBILE MDA COMPACT III HAS NO WI-FI HARDWARE IN IT.
The uk O2 XDA Orbit has, as does the HTC P3300, and funnily enough the Dutch T-mobile MDA Compact III.

OK maybe I should have said "Mixed" instead of confusing.
The o2 Orbit is a different spec than the MDA Compact III, it has less memory !
Anyway without wishing to get into symantics, thankyou for your answer.
