Does anyone have a list of the latest Diamond Official WWE HTC Released ROMs? Nothing that has been chopped and changed or cooked or edited, just clean and simple official release ****.
If you want official why don't you go to htc.com? You can't be more official than that

Because different versions are launched world wide, and i'm looking for ones that don't have operater modifications. Being in Australia and having a Telstra Diamond limits me to a download of only the 1.3X version of the ROM which is a load of crap if you ask me...now how many different variations of WWE ROMs are there in the different countries? Like a bajillion isnt there? I just want a clean, unmodified version of some rom that isn't telstra...and i'm already running the 1.93 HK WWE ROM, but i know for the 3 network here in Aus there is a 1.96 version but alas! it's filled with 3's marketing ****...i don't want this! So yes. i'm sure you can see what i'm looking for here.

I've got a Diamond, not changed anything.
My ROM version is: 1.37.412.2 ESN
Radio version: 1.00.25.03
What are the advantages of installing
-Hard-SPL
-RUU_Diamond_HTC_SPA_1.37.412.2_Radio_Signed_Diamon d_52.26a.25.09_1.00.25.03_Ship (only one signet in spanish!)
If the ROM and Radio are the same version??

You can find both Rom version here
If you have the same version you don't have any advantage.
But, if you speak Spanish and your device English, you can try to install signed HARD-SPL by OliNex and after the signed ROM, or Unsigned Hard-SPL for developers and the UNsigned ROM (Oficial version).

Yes, I could try an English ROM. But looking in the signed list, only two ROMs are newer than mine.

Both Roms are English. I don't know...there are several cooked roms now. Just try it and then use that likes you.
For differences you can look for in its corresponding thread.

these version are not newer than yours and they are both english WWE (Wo
rld Wide English), ME only means signed for Middle Europe devices!
1.37.412.2 - first 3 digits are the main version 1.37 , next 3 are the regional code (i.e: 412 for Spain, 407 for German), and last one is "sub" version!
So 1.37.....2 is newer than 1.37.....1 .
Cooked roms are based on stock roms, they have - dependend of cooker - i.e. some speed tweaks, memory tweaks, or newer/updateable apps in them.

maybe they think is not broken..so they don't need to fix it yet
i hope that 2.0 rom will make a lot of changes, espacially in speed.
I am hoping that HTC put in a time machine into the diamond so then we can all go into the future and download the amazing splenderific v10 rom with builtin kitchen sink!

I don't understand this. 1.93 has been available for weeks and various regional versions have been incorporated into many different cooked ROMS. What is the source of this post as it does sound like old news to me..

No, this is the same 1.93 ROM that's been out for weeks. I'm afraid it's nothing new.

I currently have a Rogers Touch Diamond running 1.93 WWE (what does this mean? world wide edition?) with HSPL installed and would like to flash an official HTC 2.03 ROM (NA version)...but I cant find it, can someone please help? I tried looking through the ROM roll-up threads (which one is it?) and even tried entering my serial on HTC U.S website to no avail.

if you want to run an official ROM the only hope you have is the WWE from HTC. Good luck waiting for Rogers to issue a new version

Which one should I download? There's so many official 2.03s...(ITA, NOR, FRA and etc)...which one is the English one? All the ones I listed are European languages...i don't see one called ENG anywhere.
any WWE will do it... i currently have cloudy's 1.1a, so far so good! and i have a DIAM110 wich is the north american version

Hi i have just purchased a hero after many years within various winmo forums on this site and all i can say so far is im impressed.
At the moment im with a hero on the 3 uk network with the latest firmware avail from them (1.5). The question i have is what is the latest wwe firmware for this device as 1.5 seems a bit old from what i have read, especially if 2.00 is knocking about.
I have read the forums and looked about but im findeing it hard to find out what the latest official rom from htc is.
please help.

Hi Donna,
The latest 'Official' ROM is 1.5 cupcake, theres various carrier versions out but all use Android 1.5 as a base.
The 2.0 ROM's dont 'Officially' exist but the chef's here on XDA have cooked up some 2.0/1 roms, i've yet to try any of them at the moment as they all have missing features / issues.

If it's the first time you flash a ROM, you have to follow the HardSPL tutorial.
After your Diamond have HSPL, you can flash which ROM you want, there are lots of good ROM in this section, i suggest you Maemo ROMs but you should try it yourself.
I'm using Celoni Tribute ITA, he also released a WWE version with WM6.5.x and HTC Sense.

hey thanks a lot but do i need to do a HSPL to upgrade to those ROMS? the shipped ones? and any HSPL would work? or i have to flash an specific one in order to upgrade the ROM to the shipped one 2.03.xxx ?
No it should flash fine if it is your operator
If it is a different operator, maybe, Im not sure
so i dont have to do any HSPL ? just run the rom with the phone on activesync and thts it? and i think my phone is not flashed with HSPL it will work without doing it?
If it's the right ROM for your phone you'll be able to flash it even without HSPL, but it has to be an official update, check on the HTC website for your IMEI.
I suggest you to use HSPL to have a very higher choose, there are lots of ROMs here, official ones are outdated nowadays.

TouchFlo is the 6.1 version of sense, its almost the same without the eye candy

I've been using GTX for a couple days w/out problems, although it's not the fastest ROM I've ever used looks-goodies/speed ratio is very reasonable.
Of course you have to HSPL your phone before flashing.
Also It's highly recommended to use radio 1.17.25.09 which I think is the latest.
I've had it installed even before flashing GTX and used it with wm 6.5 ROMs in USA, Mexico, Canada, Germany & Greece w/out problems. It's Quad-Band.
