Hi. I'm using photoshop and Wisbar Advanced to create an LCARS Theme for my Touch HD
I've already created the wallpaper and have done one animated LCARS-button, but I'm having trouble with the clock -
Can anyone tell me how to create a Clock for Windows Mobile 6.1 with Wisbar Advanced (I'm using Photoshop CS4 to create and edit the individual images).
I can create the individual images, but how do I put them together and how do I install the clock so I can add it to my theme?

So... because you've all helped me learn much about my new Blackstone.. I thought I'd contribute this theme:
It's pretty basic: just a clock, a background some modified frames and tab icons.
All graphics were plundered from free sources.... As you can tell I was playing with transparency.
To use it please rename .theme.zip to just .theme and install with diamond tf3d or just copy the files into your windows directory.
Anyway.. I don't use 15 tabs so if anyone notices icons in the wrong place please tell me and I'll switch them over.
Also installed and relevant:
Diamond TF3D config - to install the .theme file
Cyprus LTD Colored Top - For the pretty topbar icons
NisseDILLIGAF 3Iconmenu - To remove extra tab icons
NisseDILLIGAF NoCurtains - For no curtains
Aside from that.. hope you like.

The best way is to create another folder called Themes inside your My Documents folder and save the .zip file attached in there.
Then download a program called Diamond tf3d config (you can find it here on xda with a quick search) Then use the programs installl themes function (it's in the appearance tab)
That way you can switch easily between themes without needing to install and uninstall cabs all the time.
i dont see the tabs in transparency mode... why is that? its all grey instead like the defalut one.
do i nned to use special manila? or program?..

You can use either or both of these cabs to get rid of the curtains.

Hi,
i recently switched to wm6.5 (miri).
Now i want to use customized backrounds for my HD -> those from "Lost in Asia ROM".
As I want to use a different bg for landscape and portarit - I think I have to use a Theme do I?
So I tried to genarate one with ThemeGenCE.
MS Theme Gen doesnt support new WVGA themes...
But When I use my generated them it didn't set the pictures.. and it messes up the new "WM6.5 Lockscreen" completely.
I also tried to modify an existing theme (renaming to zip) and replace the pictures inside (skwater 001 and 002) and repack but it didn't work either... same as above.
Anyone knows how generate a working WM6.5 Theme?
I would also help just to know the REG-Key or where to place my bg files to set this up.

To be honest I'm not sure what you actualy want? When you say theme do you also mean different colour theme for Portrait and Landscape? not sure if this is possible?
However if you are refering to having different background of your choice for Portrait and Landscape then you can simply rename any .jpeg picture of your choice to stwater_480_800.jpg (Portrait) and stwater_800_480.jpg (Landscape) then simply copy them over to windows folder using resco file explorer or total commander! if you already know this then I'm sorry I could not help you on this occasion!

I know its not possible to have different colorschemes for Port. & Land.
By theme, I meant the *.TSK Files which one could create for WM. They contain the Pictures for Port. & Land. + the colorscheme information.
As I described above I didn't get it managed to create such a file working on WM6.5 using a theme generator- worked on 6.1 - but messes up the new WM6.5 Lockscreen
So the question for a working WM6.5 theme generator is still open but not that important to me now.

Looking forward to it and it would surely make our HD more nice and beautiful.

Hi jaypeev, what folders do you plan to have them installed? you mean to h ave something like multimedia, connection, gps, etc in programs?
^ Hi m6silver... I was pertaining to customizing manila program icons. I want to customize it because I hate the low quality icons in Manila "Program". Would be nice if there is already a cab to change it instantly not to do it 1 by 1.
Do you have a cab file just for your customized folder without taskbar icons? I like your folder icons. It looks great!

Oh i know nothing about manila files now so soory can't help you with that. For Windows folders I'm working on it now but might need help from all the master here

From this ones wish one is more stable and user friendly?
With the growing number of ROMs and all the hardwork put behind them, I feel its time to have a comprehensive tutorial for skinning or theming WM 6.5 titanium.
There is a tutorial available, but somehow its difficult to comprehend. Perhaps one of the theme GURUS can answer these,
1. Does wm6.5 require tsk files or has its own code.
2. Will themegen ce work with WM 6.5.
3. How do we edit an already created theme "cab" only for the wallpaper. No colour or any other change.
4. What if only the taskbars and the wallpaper is something you wanna replace. Do you need to create a theme or just edit the relevant files in an already created theme.
If some one can help in the above, I have a lot of time to create some great themes and even take requests.

can i change the Today pic .. like 1 for the titanium homescreen and another 1 for the Menu background?

Nah i dont think you can have seperate background for menu and today in titanium.
You can change the minimize tab and the main tab though for landcape and portrait.

If you want a new Theme you'll have to download the img files of the theme and the tsk file (usually they are packed in one cab)

Open the cab with an Cab Manager and replace the stwater background file

you can replace them... but i'd rather create a new one because it's nearly the same work

I would like to change the application icons with a higher resolution *.png files, please let me know how to do it. At this moment I am on Miri's v29.
Is there any possibility to change those icons in to application cab directly? or can I create a shortcut with those png files?

You must create a new cab. Must use Cfc_gui

Ex. I do not like the icon that Beejieve IM have and I vant to replace it with a 90x90 png file.
How can I do that the best think is to be done in the cabinet file in order to be able to share it with others(the cab) but only changing the shortcut in windows it will be good for me also I know that there is a very nice application named: JWMD Icon Changer but I just do not want to have an additional application for thet that is one time task.
