Hi.
I have buyed Holux Gpslim236 2 years ago. It worked perfectly for 2 years. From few days Bluetooth don’t work anymore. Blue light stop blinking.
Since on internet I have seen that it is a common problem, someone has succeeded in resolving it?
Thanks
Bye

I had that problem, its broken. I end up buying the 240 which is even slimmer, but i bought a Diamond now so i dont need it. PM me if you want it
There's a reset procedure that should work, I've done it after I mistakenly turned it on whilst it was connected to USB (never do this!).
I should warn you that you do this at your own risk!
(The safer option is to power it on and take the battery out for a few days and it should achieve the same thing as this.)
First, remove the back cover and battery. Then snap off the top. Be careful not to break the clips like I did:

}
Next, use a stiff piece of plastic or the battery cover to bend the plastic near the GPS antenna socket so the board can be lifted out slightly:
Be careful, the board won't come out fully because of the battery clips, but this is ok.
Finally, find the internal battery near the on/off switch and short circuit the pins for about 5-10? seconds.
I don't know how long it should be done for, (I use between 5 and 10) maybe longer, may be shorter but see what works for you. This should reset the state of the device. Snap everything back together (the on/off slider on the case tends to move so make sure it aligns with the hard switch i.e move it to the off position) and replace the battery. When you switch it on, it should work fine I was even going to mod in a switch for mine (a hard reset) so I wouldn't have to keep opening it as it seems to happen randomly at times but then stay ok for ages.
Hope this helps!

Hello, I am facing a very frustrating evening with my beloved Epic 4G as the front half of the phone appears to not be getting power (i.e. no screen power/no LED when charging/nothing whatsoever). To top it off I have no backup, and I'm straight broke as can be. So I took the phone apart, and what happened is that the connection that goes between the back half of the phone and the front has simply snapped into two pieces. I've attached pics of what is broken and you can see my baby all disassembled as well (dang man this is not a very good situation). Bottom line is that my only option is to hopefully find this piece as the phone boots up fine, the keyboard lights up, and the phone even rings when called, etc... just no screen activity at all. I even Odin'd to stock w/o the screen working as the phone is perfectly fine except for the screen not turning on. I have confirmed in this video (Go to 4:05 mark in video to see the piece in 1 piece) that the piece I've shown as Broken is in fact supposed to be one piece, and given that everything else appears normal/functional I have no reason to believe that I have anything else wrong. Dang I love this phone and I need it to be working, so please someone tell me that they've got the hook up/connections to get this piece at a good price.

I take it you don't have sprints TEP? If you do have TEP I know some repair centers would fix it within a hour if they have the parts on hand.

i sympathize on your situation, also allow me to give you some advice, always make sure you have a soft cloth under the phone and you are not sitting on carpet. you can short out the phone. (static micro shocks)

The screen is broken, you need to replace it.

Hi,
I disassemble several times and everything seems normal. Except that the GPS connector is broken because its a very thin wire .. but I do not think it is connected!
The glass do not have to be broken, but as i said before this looks like faulty lcd or the connector. However i would say it's fault lcd, 'cos connector would rather give you a light gray screen.
Looks like it gets 'bloated'...
This is strange because the screen is in good condition and the connector too as everything is connected. So you think it is the lcd has a problem .. I disassemble again yesterday and no improvements. However, the volume buttons on the connector that is connected to a part of the motherboard's detached. Possible to fix?
Screen doesn't need to be broken to be fault.
If it was me - i would say the screen is broken and i would replace it as it looks so. But i can't promise that's it, sorry.
I'll wait in case , thanks for your time!
I had an issue with my phone and resolved it, this is me sharing this particular error and solution.
First the Problem:
I had my ZL running low on charge and the next morning it would not react to anything.
pushing buttons (and a combination of buttons, like power+volumeup) did not work
connecting it to the charger
connecting to pc did not show the device or trigger a reaction (did not show up in device manager)
Solution A: Install a new battery (e. g. via IFIXIT guide).
Solution B (try on your own risk!!!):
Open the backcover of the device (i used the IFIXIT disassembly guide).
You dont need to remove the main curcuit board, you just need to disconnect the flex-cable of the battery shown in the picture below, the pink marker shows the battery connector (top right).

I bent the connector so that it was accessible with my universel charger, which looks like this
I connected the two marked connectors go to the + and - on the flex-cable of the battery and the charger signaled that it was charging the battery.
I guess you can use any universal charger of this fashion. Do not use your standard usb charger, it's dangerous!
After 10-20 minutes i reassembled the phone and was able to charge it normally, start it up, etc.
I'm no expert but this is what I think happend:
A completely drained and at the same time worn out battery did not allow chrging the divice. Mine was 20 months old. The phone controls the charging process I think, so maybe there was not enough power left for that.
I will be replacing my devices battery with a new one and I suggest the same I you have had the same problem.
I hope this helps

You need to make sure its not app, rom, kernel, related, try booting in safe mode to see if problems persits if no then is app related.
If you wipe and reinstal rom and problem persist then this might be help full
Before anything else i sugest you look for zenfone 2 dissambly vids so you get to know what you are going to be doing, it is easy.
Before telling you the solution let me explain my phone symptoms:
1) Ghost touchs, be aware if you have selected show cursor coordinstes or show touch, much of the times this ghost touch doesnt appear.
2) Phone screen starts turning on and off by itself. This is very annoying I tried turning off doble touch to wake but this didnt help.
So what is the solution?
You need to open the back of the phone unscrew everything and then in the charging usb port you need to make sure that the back part of this pice doesnt make contact with the metal back plate. What I did is to use an electrical pice of tape that cut. And simple as that my phone working normal again.
Remeber to screw everything tight as possible.
Pd: i didnt took any pics but im show what part of the phone im referring
Hope this helps have a great day

Can you show more photos of this process?
It doesn't work for me
and the image is for removing antenna cable from other tutorial. don't remove antenna cable.
Yesterday randomly my Op3's touch screen stopped working.
From the last one year or so, there is a little gap between the mobile's display and the actual device because of the display glue coming off but nothing major happened with the phone in 1-2 days that can result in t's touch not working. I would have gone to the OnePlus service center but it is currently closed due to lockdown.
Does anyone have any idea if this means my display panel is dead or some display cable got loose which resulted in touch not working (or anything else)? I am attaching two pictures of the phone to show you guys about the display gap I am talking about.
Note: The display works perfectly and the phone works perfectly too if I connect it to my laptop and remote use it by USB debugging. Also, the touch screen problem is not caused by an app as the touch screen is also not working in the recovery mode (TWRP). Any help will be appreciated.

Screen and touch, display assembly is connected with only one cable on our device(navi buttons and fingerprint scanner are different). So if touch broken, probably it won't be able to repair. They will replace the entire screen.
Seems this thing happen to many people, i got it loosen in the same area as yours
They use double side tape which soften overtime+removing the phone from the case break it
Though my tc is fine because when i notice it i immediately glue it with standard tc glue instead using double side tape (much simpler, without opening the phone)
