[Q] help : Pb during hard SPL !!!!

Hi
I received my Diamond this evening and i wanted to change the ROMs.
Before i had a Touch elfin.
I try to install the Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex but it didn't work:
i have the message:
Error [202] connection (while ActiveSync is green, ....).
My actual SPL is:
DIAM100 64M
SPL-1.37.0000
Microp-Diam (LED) v11
PSOC-Diam STAGE_PVT v0x30
When i used the Romupdate utility i have a ROM version 1.37.163.4
Any ideas???
I try to found if i need to cid unlock my diamond but i can't found an asnwer with the search function.

how can i know is my phone is hard spl or not

and tell me what must i do in steps
is i need hard spl or not
and coman rom and radio not the best
to use it with first operation

It's first time with WM? We are helping you by telling you to read. All this stuff is quite easy and there is little chance you will brick your device.
Every day we get some new person in here saying "give me step by step". Step-by-step is already available in the stickies; we gave step by step so many times. Try searching. I don't mean to be a jerk about this, but you've asked the same questions in prior threads that you created. Help is not likely if you're impatient. Impatience is what is likely to brick your phone.

You already have one thread going about this issue. Try to stick to it, and don't spam the forum.

And From where I might download Original WM6.1 from HTC.

Abnormal Responce Of Touch Pad - HTC Touch Diamond

Please Please Help me !!!
This is the SPL screen before I start

spl 1.93.01 OliNex
Microp-Diam (led) v11
Psoc-Diam STAGE_PVT v0x30
But mistakenly I flashed RUU_Signed_SPL193stock instead of Hard SPL OliNex137 Unsigned. After restating I Got into an endless screen align loop. By editing registry I got out from it. Although my touch pad is now not selecting the place I touch and finger spanning also not working in normal way.
Again I flashed Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex 1.93 but my SPL screen 4th Line is got changed to vx32 and this is the SPL screen after flashing.

1Q. Is something wrong with memory allocations
2Q. How can I revert it to Psoc-Diam STAGE_PVT v0x30.

Oh God... No help it seems !!!
At least anybody tell me what information giving by this "Psoc-Diam STAGE_PVT v0x30". What says by this.

He had the same status as you, but another error code I think.
I can now get it to boot and show the following:
PSOC-Diam STAGE_PVT v0x32
Upgrade Rom code error
Please try again

windows not detects the devide (i think)

He finally was able to reflash it in Vista, it didn't work for him in XP or Linux.

Thanks for your reply Matzen
My problem is I can flash anything & communication with USB perfect. But Touch panel is not selecting the place I touch after the initial flashing.
4th line in the tri color Flash screen got change PSOC-Diam STAGE_PVT v0×30 to PSOC-Diam STAGE_PVT v0×32. I dont know what information is giving by this line. After it got change to vx32 only the touch panel problem arised.
Is anyone out there knows about this PSOC-Diam STAGE_PVT v0×30 ?.

[HELP] How do i Flash Again? [HELP]

Hi guys!
I flashed my diamond to söderströms 6.0 using this guide:[TUT]Complete upgrading guide (HardSPL+Radio+ROM) NOT FOR CDMA USERS!!!
Everything worked and now i wanna flash to another ROM how do i do? Shall i do the process again in the guide or what?

plenty of guides on this site... no need to be lazy, go read

You don't need to flash HardSPL again. Or the radio for that matter, although some people like to test different radios now and then to check which performs better with their current ROM.
You just flash the ROM you want to flash like you flashed soderstroms.
