Maybe you should try to READ first and inform yourself a little. Start with the Wiki, but you can also go to Kaiser Rom Development and then to the sticky on how to unblock it.
I don't want to be rude, but start a new thread over this theme is absolutely "flameable".

Hello everyone and thanks for giving me your attention. I've been searching google,yahoo,news groups and I have yet to find someone that has been able to cook a new rom for the Q9h. Its a good phone for everything that I do. However I would like it to do more perhaps to upgrade it to 6.1 it comes with 6.0.
I'm a data center engineer and while this is a mobile forum if you need help with any server hardware questions I could answer them for you.

Use the search function of this forum, it'll probably give you all the info you need. Or at least the correct threads to ask for it.
After that, use the search again to find all the info you need about flashing your device... You don't want to have a nice shiny brick to show off to your friends

Not yet, because official WM6.5 upgrade for TP2 is not out nor is HardSPL which is required for 'cooked ROMs'.
So, be patient.
BTW, this question gets asked and answered at least once a day. It would be courteous to do a search first, esp, if one is a first-time poster.

Everyone like that setup? Thing is, none of the new people that ask away will know to use that setup, lol. But lets try to be more informative about the titles.
I have mogul that I have cooked & run many roms on.
Now a friend comes by with a At&t 8515, first I thought it was another Mogul, but after research I see it's a Hermes. So I updated my PPCKitchen OSbuilder with Hermes files. But when I look at carriers their is no At&t.
So my question is.....
How do I select their carrier?
Do I just use a CID Unlocker?
Any help greatly appreciated. I have tried searching for some time, but not finding good answers. I have found great tutorials on the 8525 from xda-developers, but still not sure on At&t carrier.
