Instruction for install :
- remove SASHIMI directory in your internal storage
- unpack my pack in your internal storage
- run SASHIMI/2577/AutoRun.exe
- Wait 2 sec, process will run and reboot automatically
If a message appear and ask you to reboot, just wait 3 sec before answring No !
Ok, if you want to add / remove cab from my pack, do it under SASHIMI/Auto/Cab
the SASHIMI/Auto/Cab/SC is for storage card or internal storage for the diamond.
You can add all your tools there, and run AutoRun after.
Take care, autorun could be run only one after a fresh run flash. So if you want to replay everythink, run SASHIMI/Bin/Sashimi.exe and you autorun under the menu.

I created a folder INSTALL in the additional memory (4Gb of the Diamond).
In Windows I extracted the .exe which I got from rapidshare.
I copied then the file DIAMIMG.nbh into INSTALL, held the powerbutton to shutdown the device and restarted it. It just booted normally.
What did I do wrong?

Finally I understand. The installation procedure is the same as always, but:
What is UC? It is a feature contained in UC capable ROMs. A UC capable ROM extends initial customization to your SD card so you can load cabs and install XML files that are located there too. What this means is that once you get your customization scripts right, you can flash any UC capable ROM and all your apps and settings will be restored as part of the initial customization process whenever your SD card is inserted in the slot

By the way, this ROM has some major bugs.
- Volume-Control during a call (very anoying)
- Volume during call whit Cable-Headset
- Contact Card in TF3D if you click some icons it will restart TF3D
- Start TF3D - if you filled in 12 applications sometimes it doesn't let you scroll right away.
