Manila - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Is Manila a program you install on your phone or your computer desktop? I downloaded some themes for my Fuze and would like to use them. I've searched the forum and couldn't find an answer. Thanks.

Installing themes

I downloaded a .tsk theme. How do I install it on my Hermes (WM6) thanks a lot.
Put in the windows folder on your device, then it will show up under the settings-->today menu. You select it there.
For future reference, this question should have been posed in the General forum, not the WM6 forum. Also, a search of this forum would have yielded the answer above without much trouble.

Using "my documents" might be a little bit better, they show up the same...and you can sync them there, If I am correct, plus they dont buried in the windows directory.

Where to find individual cabs

Thinking about installing a naked ROM for the first time. If I do, then where can I find the individual cab files for each of the applications I want to add back in?
Thanks
What app do you need? Please list it out and then some1 can help you.
you can find it in the diamond section of the forum, it's one of the sticky's
or you can download a kitchen, a rom and a cab compiler so you can extract them from a rom and then put it in a cab
Most chef's that host a LITE ROM also have a cab repository.
Also the search button does wonders - The google search is quite powerful for finding cabs. Just search opera 15613 .cab in google and you'll get a .cab for Opera 15613. Search for anything and .cab.
Everybody says search...
If you know, you should help.

Apologies, but installing .theme files...?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, and YES I've been searching around, but I can't figure out how to install .theme files onto the Blackstone. The closest I have gotten, is installing Diamond TF3D Config, which installs fine but doesn't run (comes up with NotSupportedException ). The wiki IMPLIES that this program can be used on the Blackstone, but doesn't confirm it and it doesn't seem to work for me.
I'm running Dutty's 3.3. It seems that the .theme files are for Desktop Windows, rather than mobile... is this true? Everywhere else seems to talk about .tsk files for mobile.
Thanks in advance,
Tom
im also intrested in this one.

[req] somebody with cab manager make a cab from inf

i looked everywhere for the cab and couldnt find it. i finally found where someone had uploaded the source in a forum with permission from the author. could somebody use wince to make it a cab for me. i downloaded wince cab manager but when i got to import it says it is only for registered members and i really dont want to have to dish out the dough for a program im going to use once. it would be really appreciated. the files i need turned into a cab are freeware and its so you can press more then one key at a time on the apache, useful for playing emulators and stuff.
