I need chinese rom 6.1 for htc touch ,but the device are with english rom ,is it possible ?

I have a diamond whith SFR and I hate this rom because the color is red and is very slow to use the interface 3d .. Snifff

So do yu know where i can find it if for any raison i need to re instal the original ROM SFR French !?
