It's me again! lolololol i can has answer?
I've recently rearranged the clock panel so that the time and date are centered. One thing I've noticed is that when I am using wifi it states this in the clock panel as:
Wireless Network: <network name>
this ovelaps with the date. Is it possible to remove this notation and replace it with just the wifi icon ((o))? I see that the alarm gets a bell in the upper right corner so why not the wifi icon in the lower left when it's connected?

You can remove the text but there isn't an clock panel icon for wifi. Doesn't wifi icon show up in iconbar at top of screen though?

Hello People
I hope nobody found this yet - don't want to fill the boards with sh*t.
Anyway, I came to this registry key.
If you use the clock to display in your status bar when you have opened some program or etc you can switch it to analog thanks to thi key.
It is:
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SoftwareMicrosoft\Shell\Analog Clock
Just change the value to 1, reboot and there you go Analog clock in status bar...
Hope you like this.

Hmm, I've one question (dying for this) which is somehow related....
How to get ANALOG clock instead of the original touchflo flip clock on the home tab??
p/s: I've background4all by mun_rus and I can't install any other analog cab that mess around with manila files as they've already been modified
I like android's style of placing an analog clock in the center of the phone.
Please help me.......................thanks!!!
Is there any way to modify these?
I don't have 4g in my area, so I'd like to change 4G to Brightness Control.
It would be really nice if we could change these to settings we want.
Would this require root AND could it be done?

wait for root for that..BUT here's a awesome thing.. pull down the notification bar just a bit and the status bar area (where your 3g bars, clock, battery icon etc) become an invisible brightness control bar.
so ie. put your thumb in the middle of the notification bar area, slide the notification bar down just enough that it appears and then slide your thumb left or right along the status bar area.
Widgetsoid2.x notification bar widget position problem
I created an notification bar widget for Wifi, BT toggle, etc
But, I found that the widget always placed under all other notification items
Is there any setting missed in my Widgetsoid?
e.g.
Notification Bar pull down item
[USB Debug......]
[MTP USB Connection......]
[Whatsapp Notice.....]
[<Widgetsoid Widget>]
Same thing here. Also the background is grey even though I set it to transparent. Im just going to update my Gummy rom, which includes a better looking dropdown toggle anyways.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA App
because it's a notification any new ones may pop ontop. nothing the developer can do about that.
Seems "Elixir 2" can place on top always....
But I love Widgetsoid2.x due to the loading and UI....
On ViperOne 5.7.0:
I've been trying to apply an icon pack to the status bar for a few days now, and every icon updates except for the WiFi icon... I still get the old white JB icon with the arrows (see attached screengrab). I clean flashed from another Sense ROM, and this has been bugging me ever since.
Any input appreciated... Thanks!

Go under Settings->Venom Tweaks->Misc and turn off "Display WiFi Activity" The WiFi icon cannot be themed with that on.

That was it - you rock!
The setting was already actually set to "off" but I toggled it on then off again and the icon changed to the icon pack. Magic.
Thanks!
So we can "hide" the notch which is fine but it will still use each side if the notch to show icons which I hate because it only shows like 2 icons on each side. Is there a way to disaply a full notification bar under the notch?
On the right side I see the battery icon and time and on the left I see the LTE with signal status so i basically leaves me with only 1 notification icon...
tap over status bar to xpand and see other notification icon

I know that but I prefer to see the icons without having to open the menu every time.

bcoz of notch thats not possible,i think
I just randomly found out that if you tap either side of the notch, it will display a second bar with the icons for 3 seconds
