PLease anybody let me know the PROCEDURE to unlock my "O2XDAII""
right now I am using O2 sim but need to change........

download this tool xda2unlock-v2.2.exe and use microsoft active sync get this tool on ur pda, then download xda2unlock-setup-v2.2.exe this tool and just run the file on ur computer......

Tried upgrading my rom via the software on the o2 website and it's killed my XDA2i. Can anyone help please?
I did the same thing, and the same thing has happened to my XDA2i...
I know there's a way to fix it - it has to do with putting an imade on the SD card, and essentially 'booting' from the SD card...
I'm looking around the forums to find what to do !!
Did some searching through the site and found quite a few of these post my pda's dead after trying to update the ROM, exactly the reason why I haven't bothered trying to do it.
My phone/PDA cannot be out of action.
Good look with getting it sorted, and I hope someone on the site who seems to know what they are doing help you both.

Im using O2 mini and my device also dead after bigstorage. But nothing is on screen when try to bootloader. Then does anyone know what's wrong with mine? and how to fix? thanx

Rom update issue
guys u generally face this problem if you try to flash the device with a incorrect rom.
example if u flash a o2 xda ii mini with a o2 xda II rom.
I would need to know what did u guys do to reach at such a stage so that i can give u the ideal troubleshooting step

Some friendly advice before you get flamed. Read the WIKI, there is a link in my signature, you will find advice on unlocking there. Remove you're phone number from your location. Oh and use a standard font when you post.
and next time try to post in the correct forum. this is hermes mobile 6 for discussions related to windows mobile 6 roms.

http://theroot.ninja/ is the easiest way to gain root access. although you do need to pay for a licence, its currently the easiest way to get the phone rooted and s-off.
