It has a really nice feel, and snaps on perfectly. It get's rid of the cheap feel the phone has, and gives you a great grip. The only complaint I have is it is extremely tough to take off.
If you can somehow manage to get a student account on amazon, shipping will be free, so you pay just the 30 cents.
Even if you don't like the case, who really gives a **** cause it's 30 ****ing cents.

really, what did you not like about it?

The free shipping through a student membership for Prime doesn't seem to work on this item

I also own this case. It's worked great so far, but is extremely difficult to take off.

Try using your thumb's fingernail and twist open the case from the opening.
anyway,
I have this case too, has worked out great. DO NOT BUY THE EBAY VERSION. I bought one from ebay, looked exactly the same, but the inside was white, and it was really flimsy

It doesn't work because its not shipped by Amazon. Only items shipped by Amazon.com are covered by Amazon Prime

I don't know if they are or not, I have a co-worker who has one of the same ones plus more. We compared packaging and the androids and we couldn't tell the difference. They also feel sturdy and they don't feel cheap or any different from the ones he purchased. He only spent 4 more dollars on his then I did.
Coworker got his droids from this place. Fake or not they look the same sitting at my desk, but I don't know if they are lol. They're all made in China.

Yeah, went to checkout... 40 bucks shipping, makes it 103 dollars. A bit too much when I could probably just wait it out a little bit and have a software s-off

you guys do realize the price is in pounds, not dollars right? so 40$ is way way way off.

If you update your payg clip to 1.4.5 it becomes unlimited from what I am told.

yeah but you have to pay extra for that.
and i'm pretty sure this site is legit. these guys are authorized resellers and i know several people have already bought and used the PAYG clips from this seller.

pretty sure whatever your clicking is wrong. the price for this is 33.75 + 10 pounds = 43.75 pounds. that converts to about $70-75. freakin awesome price when you consider a PAYG will set you back about $45-55 depending on which seller you buy from

From what I read when you have the xtc software open on your PC and your clip is connected to your PC via USB, just hit the "update" button in the software, and it will update it to the newest version, which is currently 1.4.5, which makes payg unlimited, and the original have no "life"

Suggestion for a "group buy"... since these are unlimited, instead of doing a group buy like the last one, which didn't work too well since someone ended up hanging on to it...why not have the first person buy it and then sell it on at $10 less than they paid, and so on and so forth? That way, no one gets screwed if the last person hangs onto it since they will have paid for it and the next to last person got their use out of it and only paid $10 for it? Just a thought.

For those that don't trust this site, or didn't get a case now that it appears the promo is over, Monoprice has a decent TPU case that comes in under $5 shipped (at least to me). Case is available in red, pink, blue, or black. Search for "S4 case" as the red and pink are miscategorized as SIII cases.

Any Customs Fee/Taxes for Ordering Mate 20X from England to USA?

I want to buy the mate 20x from england. i presently live i NYC. Will I be charged a customs fee or tax on this import? If so, how much is it or where can I find this out?

i know the feeling man, its crazy that its so hard to get such important info, i had to actually google and see some sites how they calculate it etc . so maybe try on google and you might be lucky to atleast have an estimation to what to expect.
does clove open the box too or its factory sealed ?

Hey MO11,
I tried google to calculate it but they ask for hs code and insurance cost which I dont know exactly. So I'm back to square one without knowing for sure the customs tax.
I'm sure clove wont sell you an open item. They seem 100% legit from their site and from talking to one of the owners via email. I asked them about customs also. They said they dont know but to check with US customs. Again back to square one.

On that site its too expensive. Theyre asking for $670. Ebay is cheaper but sadly my state through ebay charges a hefty sales tax.

Yes there are reputable ebay sellers. But unfortunately my state through ebay charges $52 sales tax for the phone. I wont fork over to the gov $52 when I've never been charged taxes on ebay before. Ebay shopping will be affected by these stupid taxes.
