I don't own this device so I can't work on it full time, but I'll do my best Feel free to post your impressions and report me issues so I can try to solve in next releases.

I used his system of bat in two steps for install this ROM, be carefull doing it!! first run STEP1.bat when USPL is complete then run STEP 2.

here's my new "cooked rom". The goal of this rom is :
- speed improvement
- stability
- more free ram
- more storage memory
- UC compliance
I tried with the latest OS build (20755) and except some instability I haven't seen any advantage.... So this rom is based on the OS build from the french HTC diamond stock rom (1.93).
Pagepool of 6 Mb (best compromise). After a fresh reset you will have 75 Mb for storage and 65 Mb of free ram

You will find on the zip the rom and a folder with a SDConfig.txt and a subfoder "Cabs". You have to copy this on the root of the 4Gb internenal storage. this exemple of SDConfig.txt will install googlemaps....
During the 1st boot don't try to choose the connexion setup, don't touch anything until the 1st complete boot. Don't forget to hard spl before and to do an hard-reset after the flash...
Will try to release an ultra light version with the ability to choise between TF3D or MobileShell (with Diamond theme) on the following days...

It's not "\Windows\" but "\Stockage interne\" etc..
-task manager don't work on today menu (after enable in settings and making a hard reset too)
-Sound controle look like to Polaris style
-When you have a call, there isn't choise for "mise sur silence" Sorry for english
and why don't u use the build 20273...
But smooth and fast..

sorry for the delay... was busy on the past days..
For the UC yes there is an error, you have to write \Carte de stockage\your_cab and not \Stockage interne\your_can
For the lack of "mise en silence" this is not a lack, the phone skin is disabled...
For the task manager and the volume control i will publish a new version tonight

Rename RUU_signed to Diamimg.nbh
Copy Diamimg.nbh to the root of Internal Storage
Hold in the volume down button + the back button (thats the top right button on the front to the right of the big middle jog control) + soft reset
Follow instructions on screen
When the process is complete (it will say UPDATE SUCCESS) then reset
Please make a HardReset after you flashed the ROM

This is an UC Compatible ROM
What does that mean??
In short it is so that you can install whatever app/regTweak you want when doing a hard reset.
Just have the files in the 'Storage Card' and a small SDConfig.txt file and they will be installed...
ex. If you want FMRadio and QuickGPS in your ROM then just put the cab files in Internal Storage and edit the SDConfig.txt
When you do a HardReset they will be installed...

I thought I'll show some examples of what you can run with SDConfig on HardReset's
Make owner info on every HardReset
Download SDConfig Builder

With this you can make a SDConfig.txt file and owner info xml file...
Install cabs on HardReset
If u have apps that you always want to have on your phone... jst put the cab file in 'Interminne\Cabs' and edit the SDConfig.txt file
Make shortcuts to 'Start-meny\program' of apps on 'Internminne\' that don't need installation
Make a file and name it after the app.. eg. Diamond Tweak.lnk
edit it and enter '#42"and the path of where the app is" eg. 42#"Internminne\Program\Diamond Tweak\Diamond Tweak.exe"
Copy it to 'Interminne\Cabs' on your phone
and in SDConfig.txt enter...

one more thing i think might save some mb is getting rid of the mannila style volume and having this one instead what u thik just a suggestion this is what i used to remove my volume --- >Remove-Htcvolume-by-HallengreeN.cab
and the comm manager backround in black with that blue focus damn nice nastan allt svart rom heheh

I will have a look at the keyboards, I haven't touched them yet, all still there..
Of course I can remove the HTCVolume...
The good thing about having a UC Compatible ROM is that you can always choose to install it anyway from Internal Storage...
hmmm... yeah, maybe a black CommManager would look cool..

There are so many others that make WWE ROM's that are better than mine
I'm doing this for my own, and because there aren't anyone else that makes Swedish ROM's...

Something that would be truly awesome is a proper swedish keyboard layout, with the special characters åäö in correct places and not only as long-press.
Is it impossible, or only a challange?

You're right, it would be easier with blackstone keyboard, but the diamond keyboard is too narrow/has not enough buttons. Although, in qwerty landscape (my favorite), I never use the ABC/T9 button so that button could be reworked. Have no idea as how to do that, though!
Well, you're the swedish king of manila, so I can't help you there. One suggestion would be to cook in a Jbed java with larger fonts for VGA along with Opera Mini. I find Opera Mini far superior to Opera Mobile, it loads pages much faster. Find it in my sig!

Well that's the nice thing with UC Compatible ROM's, you can choose yourself what you want to install on it
And yes, I will make cab of everything Im skipping...
...as soon as I have learned how to make cab's from ROM Package's...
I think I will keep the Manila files as standard as possible...
There are so many different opinions when it comes to how the manilas should be...
So I leave it up to you what to change...
Or do you guys want me to change to another Manila theme?

in general i find the Microsoft builds faster and more stable. The HTC ones are rebuilds and ive found are a bit more fiddely

Folder missed and other lang in sys
I saw that the folders office_dpi_96 and MediaOS_dpi_96_resh_240_resv_320 are missing. Use the one attached.
And there are office_0804 and office_0804_dpi_96 folders extra... btw the netcf folder is 2.0 not 3.5... suggestion dont add them and use 3.5 and for officedont add them and use other complete.
Mixing the provided NK from da_g edited by utaker... works flawless! 21MB on programs on fresh boot.

Kitchen is pretty eay to setup. You just need the files from the thread, and one official ROM. Unpack the official ROM into a folder, run the kitchen, ignore all the errors generated on first run, click dump nbh/nb/payload, point it to your unpacked ROM folder, and the kitchen is all setup in the 'dump' folder for modifying

in short the answer phone records messages on you device you can record your own message, default message is in japanese LOL, it's simple to use.
you will get some strange menu\popus etc. ?????5675??? these are my way of identifying the menu\popus as it's a new app and there's no 0409 MUI's so i'm porting from scratch the mui's
every thing is working just some "?????5675???" here n there
I can't supply the app as a *.CAB or package at this time it is intergrated into

...rom in test progress answer machine regular functionally... but tired not possible install also answer machine.cab in to other rom
