Unlocking HTC Magician : PM10B

Pls Help me To Unlock my PM10B ( Vodafone ) to work with my local network itry to use this tools ( xdadev_all_unlock-v1.6_138 ) with all steps but it unlock my sim for 10 seconds and then The Phone Ask About Unlocking Code , also my Mobile Won't To change Language from German to English do nothing when choose Englsih from the List , Or If there any Way to Install A new windwos for it .
I dont Know is it HTC Magician or what But here is Info :

darn in the same boat as well, need to upgrade from wm2003se as its not compatible with out works wireless network setup with hidden SSID etc whilst a hx2110 pda I upgrade now does work.

3 Steps to change Any Diamond ROM to Arabic ROM with adds

1- first you need to CID unlock your Device HERE :

GPS Working
Dear Miki,
First of all thanks for the informations you posted earlier i will try it but before i do i would like to know if the GPS is working with you because here in Egypt when i bought the mobile form HTC agent i cannot download any update from the htc.com and also the gps is not working . So i need to know if the rom upgrade will do the gps or not ?!
