Cant vibrate and ring wm5

I have recently upgrade my BA to wm5 (5.04.10.WWE), but now my device can not vibrate and/then ring when there's an incoming call or message. If I check the "Vibrate and/then ring" in notification setting, it will be changed into "ring" only after a few minutes.
Is there anyway to solve this.
Help me please

No sound and vibration while incoming sms

hey,
I have a problem with my p3300, all my notifications sounds and etcetera still works ( incoming call, games, ...) , but when i have an incoming sms, nothing happens. No sound and no vibration. Is there anbody who has had the same problem? and maybe a solution? I don't have installed any programmas, but i have done a master-reset, maybe thats the problem? How to solve it?

Customized vibration [Updated]

VAlert is a small program to get customized vibrations during incoming call. When playing a long mp3 ringtone, it is impossible to get short vibrations, only a constant one. This program will solve the issue.
Update script.txt with vibration and pause times (in msec)
Set special ringing sound for unknown caller id. Replace Unknown.wav with your custom sound. Delete the file if you don't need this feature.
Suggestions for new versions are welcomed.

"Messaging:New text Message" sound not working :(

Hi all,
Whenever i get a new text message, the phone does not notify me by ringing ringtone or SMS tone sound or audio alert, nor vibrating the device when there is any incoming text message or SMS message.. This is happening with new ext message or SMS only..
I have checked settings-->Sounds&notifications. I have checked the play sound option.. Still its not workin..

Simply re-asign the sound for incoming SMS messages and it will work again. I think I have come across this bug myself too..

It happened to me, too. Sometimes the sound simply disappeared, or the ringtone volume went to zero.
