Apel to rom cookers - P3600 ROM Development

Hi,I want cook my own rom but I need help.Is there somebody who can help me?

If you can't look through the 100s of posts on this site about cooking your own ROM - there's little likelyhood of you being able to do it - let alone anyone wanting to help you. Did you even look at the "sticky" posts here?

ASUS P535 ROM cooking tutorial

To all experts:
Please, is there a kind soul who could help us newbies, with a comprehensive tutorial in building/extracting ROMs for P535?
I know, this is a huge work, but I needed to rise this question, since I couldn't find out any method to cook my ROM for P535, and I think that I'm not alone with this problem.
I've read through the all wiki materials in this mather and I've found only for HTC device...(OK-OK I know that this forum is xda related ). On other forums, mainly thai and vietnameese, the forum mates seems that are not so willing to share their tools neither to help (it's a pitty and shame!).
Or: can we use the Kaiser tools (or any other) for asus roms, or do they need some modifications?
Thank you in advance.

PS. Mods: hope is the right thread for my post, if not, please let me know and I'LL move it to the adequate place. Thanks
I'm interested too... someoane?
Any one knows how to re-install windows OS on asus P535? I`ve got a problem with it `coz it was a gift from my auntie way back in taiwan and unfortunately the language installed is on chinese. Can anyone know how to fix it?

DUMMIES guide to rom cooking

hi
I tried looking around and really couldnt find any information for n00bs to help them cook there own roms.
could someone please advise me where this information is available or if someone can do a breif guide on what to do and how?
dont meen to ask TOO much but its really been buggin me.
Your pretty much going to have to read and search...
I have been trying to make my own for awhile and no luck until a couple nights ago I finally got something "cooking".
I found I ended up using two or three different programs to cook with since they all seem to do a little different.
Sorry I can't personally be of more help but you are going to have to search and read since no one will probably take the time to make it "super easy".
Bhups,
Start with the wiki. There are now a number of ROM kitchens that make cooking "relatively easy" to where we were a few months ago.
My suggestion would be to find the threads in the Development & Hacking forum and simply read through them to build up your knowledge base. This will take some time so be prepared.

Ummm ... you asked this very same question in this thread, and were given an answer (by me)
Why start a new thread with this, instead of reading answers to your last post on the issue?

Search the Wizard thread for Faria's Kitchen, it has lots of information about cooking a ROM. Just remember that most of things might be the same for Hermes, but you cant put a wizard ROM on hermes and vice versa. Good luck, keep searching and reading. Follow the link in my signature as needed.
cheers all...
pvs - i'm sorry, I think I missed that thread.
Been so fustrated tring to find places for tutorials I forgot what I posted where.
I thougt someone may have a dummies way of cookin roms ready so they can post it as a reply on a new topic and it can be eaiser for others to find this solution.
It obviously now seems like there is ALOT of reading to do on this, and in multiple places.
okidoki peeps..
me off to it.
Thanks again to all!

Please avoid posting the same question repeatedly. This is a development forum, not a support site. It would behoove you to wait more than two hours for a response in the future. This has nothing to do with ROM development and should have been posted in the General area.
In any case, there's a whole thread dedicated to this topic.

[Q] ROM help needed!

Could someone compile a list of ROMs and give a brief description of what they are known for/ pros & cons?
Anyone that does this will be a hero in my books as I have been searching for days and can't seem to settle on a ROM.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/index.php?title=HTC_Supersonic/ROMs
There's a start. If you click on the rom, most give a description in the features section. There's a thread in the dev section where someone is listing them.
There it is > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1034785
You have as much of an ability to do this as anyone else. You could be your own hero .
And as someone that has flashed most of the ROMs on here, I can tell you no amount of reading about them is going to satisfy your need flash for yourself. Trial and error my friend.
