I test RUU_TRINITY_WM6.1_WWE_ASIA_3.11.YK.lite ,this rom is good and steady.
It works with P3600i. Nice and no lag. Initial free mem 20.62 (after soft reset).
I just can't understand some of the programs as they are shown in chinesse (callerloc, cyberon dic, Hand Calendar). Is there anyway to change it to english?

if its name Lite, it should not contain any addition software, you can flash with the Lite one and install M2D by your self, using search M2D you will find lots of it.

Has anybody tried that? Is it stable?
I have tried a few WM6.1 ROMs, and the one from DIVman is the best for me so far as I was looking for a clean one (I like to install my favorite programs).
This ROM is also really stable. This changes from the original "I am full of bug" WM6
The only problem I have for the moment is that I no longer see my WiFi in the Wireless Manager.
Anyone had the same problem ?
Is there some driver or hack to apply to fix this ?

Just download latest version of my ROM named 19213 build 3.

i am using clean version just updatet from wm5. i am very happy and thankful for your share. works wonderfull (incl. 8gb sdhc + wifi). i made a backup/restore with spb backup 2.0 (needed several changes and resets, but now everything works)
i also downloaded radio-rom update from asus, but worked as well with old radio-vers.
only wishes for previous version - i don't need voicecommander - so let the clean version really clean..
keep on thank you, can't wait for next release...

but one problem is that i need more ram - program memory, although i am using clean rom vers.
Perhaps it is possible to create a kind of cleaner rom e.g. without media player, voice commander, world card mobile, screen capture, remote desktop, picture and video, games ...

this thing is CRUCIAL to have specific country locale settings ONLY - font(set), date format, metrics, etc.
it has nothing to WM GUI language, though.
it may HAVE effect on language of installed programs, vide xnview, i.e.
So, no chance to get this nice ROM in German language .... ???
after a hard reset if you do a soft reset, you no longer see WiFi in the Wireless Manager; even in build3!
is there any patch to correct this?

Me too, I used and tested a lot of versions for the Trinity.
Nice thing of PDAVIET is that they are always searching for the latest stuff, like OS, Windows Lives builds, etc etc.
Did you already flashed it? And if so, what is your thought about it?
Maybe you should describe why is this ROM different from others what`s so special ...

Good question. What is a new ROM worth for if there is no description of the "improvements"??? I'm thankful to anybody who makes these modded ROMs available but I cannot install a "new" ROM just because it has been modded. I need to have more details.

I've flashed like I did with 405 and 707 too.
It's even so good as the original ROM's. It's a little bit early to tell, if it's better. I know PDAVIET pretty well and Í guess they've implemented some tweaks too.
One thing I do know already .... it's running great with TomTom 7 and maps 6.50 on the integrated GPS.

This my first custom rom for the diamond. I was only interested by stability and speed improvement when I started my cook so I have used only french stock roms (Diamond 1.93 and Raphael 1.90 for some apps). This is an ultra light rom. I prefer this solution as we can easly find and install the latest builds in the forum. After un fresh reboot you will have more or less 74 Mo of free ram and 105 Mo for apps storage.
I use spbmobile shell and wltaskl instead of Manila end HTC Task manager and after a fresh restard i have still 68Mo of free ram. Now the rom is UC compliant * ! You will find in the archive the rom and my package to install Spb Mobile Shell in French with the efbiayes_vga_diamond_theme_v1.0.1 (see picture below), Opera 9.5 Build 2128 in french and wtaskl in french (just copy all the folder from my to-copy-to-internal-stockage folder on the root of your internal storage before the flash !)
Don't forget the hard spl before flashing and to do an hard reset after the flash

before the flash, when uncompressing the files.
seems you use an newer version of winzip, that not compatible with either winrar or 7zip ...
I flashed without the sdconfig.txt, so... hmm... need to make a proper one and reflash

Hey dude, flashed this rom today and the regional settings are in thai when you begin, changing sorted for me along with the date format and you can't go wrong. Language i'm using is English (UK)
Few Observations
Great work. Flashed yesterday and have a few observations.
1. The Analog clock blocks the Call History tab
2. There is 1 Task manager in Programs and 3 Task managers in Settings -> System.
3. The Screen shots had Audio Booster which is not there
4. Mail tab is very slow to respond and sometimes hangs the phone and has to be soft booted
5. Internet explorer shows Thai fonts
Any help on the above would be most welcome

Immaculate battery consumption, zippy, right mixture of loadedness vs speed decrease - simply satisfactory.
Am using the "englification cab" from yues roms, in addition to pdg touchflo clean dialer and smart dial enabler

yes but in internet explorer are still "unknown" letters. This cab add only new regional setting but doesn`t work on 100%....

I'm currently trying to build the same Rom in French for i780.
But I can say I'm completly LOST !!! .
Please can you define exactly the way you followed to build the ROM.
I got the kitchen and the French MUI pack but when I try to merge the cooked ROM is not bootable.

its stand at the samsung logo
any idea ?
This doesn't work for me.
Mirage is showing 100% but the phone screen shows around 70% and it doesn't proceed further on the phone.
Any idea?
I was able to update to WM 6.1 without issues.

No bug is still present as in other ROMs

Something wrong with cable, or may be you are trying to flash from Vista.
There is no problem with flashing.
Or probably your download is damaged.
stopping at SAMSUNG startup display.. not working
I could flash the new version i780.wm65GER.beta1.bin without any problem now
I will test it during the next days and will post my results!
