ROM's are personal so you just have to try a few to see which suits your needs most.

This Rom is a Beta Rom with a whole lot of issues. Make sure you read some of the threads related to it before you install it!!!

Hi all, new to all this.
I have spent the last 6 days scanning the forums and wiki about upgrading to the offical rom for the trinity to WM6.
I have tried super cid and sim unlocks as well as Hard SPL and many other tricks and advice from users.
None of them seem to work.
Does anyone have a real idea (a proper technical answer) as to why the progress stops @ 28% on this update and not on any of the cooked roms?
I would really appreciate some help on this.....

I know, but I have been using this for Six day's and tried all avenues. The reason to ask here is one of frustration.

my guess is something about the ipl or spl, since after you remove those and put it in a modified RUU it works..

It worked fine for me.
Spl and Ipl are removed , and splash screens changed to htc screens.
Thats all , so it still has latest radio and extrom.
I advise you to soft reset when you first boot your trin and see the screen that says customization will start in 3 seconds.

I think this is what I did. Works great. Still seems to be a problem.

A: Here you go well, you can also update IPL and SPL. I had to use old pc, because you can not attach a file from PDA with new forum software.

it's a "normal" uspl, just one member asked to upload it again. battery discussion is all about a big batt. drain in a latest yingmu rom.

I'm sure I referred you last night to the link on how to do it (did I not, if not I'm sorry). Read the Dummies Guide to Flashing in my signature which explains step for step how to flash any rom.
EDIT: Yes I did - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4574531&postcount=3 and just as that thread was closed down so will this one be. Why do you get an answer and choose to ignore it and then start a new thread which will just get closed down again to ask exactly the same question. To find out about the Radio, read the wiki, but basically it is the radio that allows you to make calls

HardSPL is a way to unlock your phone so that you can flash another ROM to it. If you don't run HardSPL then you won't be able to flash any other rom then the original one.
Plz start reading the links i gave you; i'm sure you'll figure it out as we all had to do at some point.
