Picked up this rom from pdaviet.net.

Apart from that no additional tests performed.
Hope this helps... Since there are different applications installed as the previous PDAVIET release it may be from a different source...
So far so good, just flashed it, so I have no view yet on stability and such..

Delete PBar
Just delete the pBar.exe file from \Windows... thats all there is to it. And maybe remove the link from the programs menu...

This version 5 is based on the AKU 3.5.2 ROM (Lite version) from AsusMobile.ru. For what change in AKU 3.5.2, kindly refer to http://tinyurl.com/2mbqdw for details. Thanks to the guys from AsusMobile.ru.
So far, there is no removal of applications / features from the base ROM, only addition of applications and tweaking to registry has been made.

hmm, are they still the same aku 3.5.2? i think i will stick to previous version for a time being.
i checked only the nucleus of the system (???) is newer, other than that they are stil the same.
btw, what do you mean by 8MB page pool, didn't get what's that mean.

Hi Vibranze,
I am trying to use your ROM V5, but unfortunatly after softreset bluetooth function is stopping to work completly. Hardreset returns the bluetooth. I will try to download from you the file again and reinstall it. Maybe it helps.

Hi Buch070,
I didn't try the bluetooth function myself so I don't know if it's not working, so sorry about that. It might be derivate from the base ROM as I didn't do any modification on the modules.
Now, I'm using version 4 instead of version 5 (aku 3.5.2)

My BT stopped too

Strange,
I use original Lite version and moding a lot to my private ROM,bluetooth function is OK.
No error,no stop working.

Yeah, same here, I didn't even touch the BT parts
I found that the new AKU 3.5.2 is a bit sluggish, especially when I turned on my screen, it's takes a while for me to see today's screen from blank/black screen, not sure whether you encounter the same problem?
I will try it from my end on BT and update you guys here.

Yeah, I'm waiting too and now I revert back to last stable ROM based on old AKU
AsusMobile.ru will probably release unofficial WM6 by end of this month, 2 more weeks

By that time, all of us probably will be very busy in customize the rom
(I am currently busy w/ Axim 51v rom now ;p)
Of course, we probably need a new P525Romtools for WM6 image (Wish Ingvarr could help at that time)

Hi Vibranze Your V5 Rom is very buggy, but I try AKU 3.5.2 Based Rom from asusmobile.ru (lite version). Is not have BT bug and black/blank screen bug and any other bug (Yet). In your V5 rom bt problem and screen problem same for me, but I still wait for your great AKU 3.5.2 Based or WM6 based Rom. Sorry my bad english. Thank You for roms till now! Keep developing new roms!

Choose the best WM6.1 cooked ROM

Hi,
Today I'm using ADW 1.1 ROM (WM6.0) and its excellent ROM .
I want to upgrade to one of the new WM6.1 Cooked ROM.
I want to hear from your experience which is the most liteweight and full functional ROM is recomended for me.
I want to choose between those ones:
Ausdim WM6.1 V3
MARY WM6.1 V3.7
FInixNOver WM6.1 V3.1
PDAVIET WM6.1 V4 08.61.29

Poor results
Bad experience with MARY WM6.1 V3.7 (too slow)
Also tested Elegance : beautifull but slow and freezing too often.
Now testing NetDrg (FR) : slow
Waiting for NetDrg ultralight.
Wondering if unlucky or if WM6.1 is not the solution !
If same result with NetDrg ultralight, I'll switch back to Faman (6.0).

I'll have to agree with jasnick, Ausdim Light V4. Super Light, Super Stable, Super Fast. Not to say the others are not worth trying, because they are. Everyone has a different feel for what they want.

stable, fast, all functions without errors, and runs minimum a week without a soft-reset

I think the same, very fast and stable rom with built 19209, but has no video calls and MMS pictures.

FInixNOver WM6.1 V3.11 full
I have installe FInixNOver WM6.1 V3.1.1 and it's super fast an stable.
No problems whatsoever...

i am using FInixNOver 3.11 beta for more than 3 weeks and it`s more than great ROM stable and fast

I am using the one listed in my sig... and have not experienced any issues with this ROM and find it stable and very fast.

i need a link to download the Ausdim ROM.

wm6.1 isnt solution. Its "slow" as wm6. Same speed.
I preffer finixnover 3.1.1

Ausdim WM6.1 V4 Lite
- Fast, icons are colorful
- Freeze whenever reading the storage card ... have to give up at this moment
MARY WM6.1 V3.7.1 Lite
- My previous ROM, stable and fast
FInixNOver WM6.1 V3.2beta
- Faster than MARY V3.7.1 Lite
- Stable so far (I used it less than a week)

I tried... It doesn't work... They ask for a MEMBER authentication...
I tried to register over 20 times but somehow i just can't. It allways goes back to the registration form no mather what i enter...
I am almost in despair... I don't understand a WORD they say...
