Schaps, how does one disable the automatic network config on startup?
My provider (Rogers Canada) was not detected but I have since run my own cab to install the settings - however, every time I SR my device, the Auto Network Config comes up on startup.
I looked in the startup folder and I dont see it there - maybe I am missing it?
As a side note - thank you for another release.

Schap's, now by default you live in the HTC Home plug-in enable the Ringer tab, is the Ringer tab correct now?

First Impressions
Schaps, Loading went well and had about 28 meg free before adding any other programs.
Note:
1) Music player plays only one song in sleep mode, must wake to start next song.
edit: Spoke too soon. Does play additional songs.
2) Detected cingular/ATT settings and all worked except doesn't set so that web sees it as HTC device. (redirects to different site such as mobile.southwest.com redirects to www.southwest.com/m) Loaded wpbears proxy and solved issue.
All else seems to work well. Very fast.

Fantastic release!
One possible bug: In the full release, should the Office Mobile program folder link be included in the Programs group (it is in the start menu, but not in the programs list).

The full version is fully loaded - some may say overloaded but the aim was to produce a rom that has all you need straight out the box without any need to install apps after flash - storage card can then be reserved for media files etc...
For those that dont like this approach use the LITE version!

Issues
1. Bug if you use traylaunch of batterystatus (causes device to hang at bootscreen)

2. Network wizard (in accessories) - after run will return contacts softkety to default - change back to Pocket Contact manager by settings\softkeys - right key - \windows\PocketCM.exe - soft reset. (Don't you just love it! - damm buggy htc software)

For French SFR user to get full Illimythics here is the FAQ from Colrou's site :
Download this: Activation_Vodafone_Live!_(Wap_SFR)_TV_Live_3G-3G+_P3600-S300+_pour_Rom_Faman.zip
and that : SFRinternetV1.cab
then install following this order
1/ Install .cab "modif IE" then restart PPC.
2/ Install .cab "SFRinternetV1"
3/ Install .cab "HTC_P3600-S300__Config_WAP_Tv_3G-3G___SFR.reg"
4/ Restart PPC
On connection tab check that botch connection are on WAP SFR GPRS
After that, install this : HTC_Streaming_Media_v2_1_915_622, here
Restart a last time your PPC, it should work.

NEW version with Windows Mobile 6.5.21857 available for download.
[Update] 2010.01.20 - Minor bugs fixed in WM 6.5 version (corrected IE user-agent string, some links in Settings, lockscreen display bug, removed PIM Backup due to incompatibility with WM 6.5 e.t.c.).
It is almost clean WM 6.5, but modified and tweaked to work on Trinity. I've chosen this build because it is released officially by HTC. I think that this is the fastest it could be for this device.
Free RAM after boot ~20 MB, free storage ~45 MB.
I've used old Kaiser Comm Manager because it looks nice with the 3G dialer.
Slot 0 of NK.EXE was free untill I put the Iolite mHubVO which insered 10 modules there. However it should be as stable as a rock. Try it and comment it.
NEW version 0.4.9.0 with Windows Mobile 6.1. It is actually the old one but with few other tweaks and some software updates.

All reported bugs from the previous version are fixed (WIFI settings, Voice Recorder, Messenger signup etc.).
RAM consumption is normalized and the ROM is much more faster and stable.
By default FTouchFlo and FingerSuite are not starting automatically. They can be activated using [Start Menu]->[Settings]->[System]-[FTouchFlo] and [Start Menu]->[Settings]->[System]-[FingerSuite].
RECOMMENDATIONS:
First: I strongly advise to install the latest HARD-SPL for Trinity. It can be found HERE.
Second: Format device's memory with mtty.exe. It can be found HERE. More mtty.exe info and commands can be found HERE.
I recommend these procedures due to the problems I recently had with memory bad blocks on my device.
NOTICE:
HTC QuickGPS settings are country specific. By default they are set to my own locale. They must be changed for other countries and regions.
Settings are located in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\QuickGPS] and can be easily changed with PHM Registry Editor included in ROM.

The difference between the Home and Digital & Analogue versions is due to the different look & feel. In the Digital and Analogue versions all applications are styled like new HTC Manila based devices. Home version is styled like older HTC devices such as HTC Touch and HTC Polaris.

But there is a cab file with some registry modifications I've made. It should resolve the issue. Download at post #2.
It should work with the previous version too.

This is what I used:
1) Download mtty from this forum: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/uploads/mtty.exe
2) go into bootloader: Hold side Camera and POWER buttons together and reset with stylus.
3) Disable USB Connection in ActiveSync and connect trinity
4) Star mtty - Port: USB - Baud: 115200 - Press Enter
5) enter these commands
- task 32 Enter
- task 28 Enter
- task 2A Enter
- info 8 Enter
- task 8 Enter
6) Try to reflash with an original htc rom (if you can, flash a wm5 one...)
- task 32 => "Checks the security level. Unpriviledged: "Level=0xFF", SuperCID: "Level=0""
- task 28 => "Format Storage (OS partition)"
- task 2A => "Check NAND flash and mark bad blocks. (Requires Level!=0xFF)"

Thanks for this great ROM. Its works good. Only thing that I cant start correctly is windows live and messenger. Its saying "There's connectivity problem..."

This time new Rom for Voice recorder is work but...
Only show [Record] bottom left to start recording no other image so simple..

If you press and hold the record button you will get recorder with the Recording toolbar

This is Manila 2D ... what do you expect OpenGL graphics ?
And it is not FAKE ... it is SKINNED or in other words MODIFIED.
Manila 3D cannot work on Trinity.

Why don't pictures rotate in album when i turn my screen?
The new album v3 doesn't rotate the picture based on orientation, instead it just chooses the optimal orientation and fills the screen. However the menu (and gestures) will rotate based on orientation.

Touch Input Settings > UnCheck Vibrate

You need to have a registry editor for this one. Find the following key and change it's value:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Opera\Defaults]
"VibrationEnabled"=dword:1 (set to 0)

Set your Ring Type to "vibrate + sound"
Go to the Manila Settings tab > Press All Settings
What is User Customization (UC) ?
UC allows you to install all your apps automatically at first boot during customisation. For more information see this thread.
To do this, you need to place an sdconfig.txt in Internal Storage that tells UC what to do, here's my example (please not that i'm using an NLD rom, which is why it says Intern Geheugen instead of Internal Storage):

The Gen.Y Sense 2.1 Classic SMS mod is included, so all you need to do is flip the registry switch:

Recommendations:
- Use G-Alarm instead of the standard alarm, its much much better
- Even with all optimizations, the memory leak in Windows Mobile can never be completely fixed, that's why having CleanRAM on your device a very good idea
- You can use Touch Incall Screen Tweak to make your screen automatically turn on / turn the speaker on etc. based on g-sensor orientation during a call
- For the Lock, u should try the latest version of Slide2Unlock2 (S2U2) or ThrottleLock, i attached a cab that installs my Android-Topaz skin (based on the Pre-Android theme by akirasport).

The Topaz PhoneCanvas has 2 major advantages over the old diamond:
- Flawlessly integrates with TF3D2 (call buttons work)
- The ringtone delay is minimal (almost instantly)
once fully ported, it will also allow easy access to the contact card
also about youtube, i encountered no problems playing video's (with ActiveSync connection and also WiFi connection)

I enabled topaz phone canvas and tachi volume control in your 1.2.9 kitchen and build a ROM (Changed nothing else). I tried to watch youtube via HSDPA(NL Telfort), it says "Cannot play video".

nope, this is a WM6.1 ROM, so no Titanium

May I ask, what does it mean NLD version of your ROM. I am from Europe, so I have to use WWE? Thanks

Just did flashed EnergyROM, just want to know the comments so far before i might switch

it seems to me that the cab isn't able to be installed on ur Gen.Y 1.29 WM6.5 rom, is it true that it's impossible to run/install this UNSIGNED cab on WM6.5?
