Telstra Diamond User here, I can recommend SWIFTs 6.2 ROM, is awesome and works well. I'm also using the 1.00.25.08 Radio

searched for quite a while and couldn't find the original German o2 branded ROM. I just wanted to flash my Diamond and thought it would be nice to have the original ROM as some kind of backup (for warranty reasons).

hehe...so is mine. i remembered o2 had released official updates on their version of the htc prophet as well as on most of their other branded devices. couldn't resist flashing my diamond and was too fevered to check out how to dump the original ROM :-/
but right now i'm running bepe's bElite0.52 and everything seems faster and more stable now.
so...i guess we just have to wait for o2 to release an update or an other user to dump the stock-ROM for us.

Seems like a very responsive and quick ROM, changed the mailla bar to "panasha manilla HTC original" looks cool in white now plus I can make out what the icons are better.

Hi sutepm.
Yes installed it, then my 05 radio, seems very fast so far. Testing TomTom 7 on my way home from work.
Got 72 Mb free storage and 43 Mb free program memory with only a few small programs installed.

No O2 splash screen, just the green windows mobile version 6 screen..
Yor ROM is getting really tested now.

right so this means we have to find a way of extracting the o2 splash screen from the phone!

Hi idrisito.
Still testing your supplied ROM, how did you come by it or extract it?, the reason i ask is that the normal ROM's I download are complete and come with the operators or developers ROM and splash screens etc?

Hi there,
I am looking for an Polish HTC rom for my Diamond - I am setting it up for my brother in law in Poland. If you could point me towards one, I would be very grateful.
The phone was bought in the UK as HTC (not from a phone network) so I am guessing the ROM should go on without any messing about?

Yes you can..
HardSPL it with 1.93 first.
Then flash a custom ROM from here - much better than the original ROM's from HTC.
udK's Syrius R2 is a very good one.

All of this roms are for GSM . Your device is CDMA , DON´T FLASH ANY ROM FROM HERE , OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DIAMOND!
