NETFRONT 3.3 Now working on BA with WM5

HI! On the website of Access I found a new version of NETFRONT. Version 3.3 also works on a BA with WM5 :lol: although its not officially supported. U can use this program as an alternative for the build in Internet Explorer. NETFRONT has many usefull extra's. I must say that it's still a BETA version, but it works just fine.

O2 task manager

Just up graded to AKU 3.2 ROM 2.50.00 WWE dated 09/20/06 - stable and runs well.
But want to either:
1) Use the O2 task manager
2) create a shortcut on my start menu to memory (found in settings> system)
Not a fan of other 3rd party software for closing programs as I find they have an effect on system preformance.
Can anyone help????????
p.s. I thought AKU 3 was to have a graphic equalizer on media player? and had option to close programs instead of minimise.....

Could you please clarify which ROM are you using? It seems to me that you are talking about AKU 2 ROM not 3.2. And if that is the case then O2 released AKU2 ROM a few monthes ago so you could try to install their ROM (with their ExtRom) so you'll have the O2 Task manager.

Using Ivans beta 14 ROM -
O2s task manager is easy to use etc
Any thoughts?

Opera Mini 4.0 and B&B 4.3

Hello folks,
I am using Toms B&B 4.3 and trying to install Opera Mini 4 on my device failed. After installing Midled Manager and running the app, Opera Mini is properly displayed but after the installation starts and stops with error:
Opera Mini cannot be found in local install folder - 77
Does anybody run Opera Mini 4 on Artemis? Official Version only supports other devices...

i'm using Opera Mini 4 (high bandwidth or whatever it is version) and it runs very well. using it atm
Its by far the best program i have found for browsing the internet.
I downloaded it, installed and works ok.

Which rom are you using and what kind of midlet mgr.
B&B 4.3 does not include midlet manager where can I get proper version?

I'm using the original ROM that came on my MDACIII (T-Mobile WM5) its just over a year old. I use the "MIDlet Manager" that came with it.

I've installed Opera Mini on P3300 with Meshle Vanilla 3 ROM. I've chosen high memory version, works OK. Java Midlet Manager in this ROM is from Emertec. I remember that I had to change my international settings to English due to problems with Opera running with other settings.

i have tested with B&B 4.3 (FRE) and Aje_fr Rom's
Opera mini 4 work fine on my Artemis with Esmertec Jbed (english version)
but on my device Opera mini(3 or 4) have some problem with:
"Intent MIDlet Manager" and "Esmertec Jbed"(French version)...

about netcf

i have flashed the CRCs Release 11.0. It is very stable, big storage and have video call. It actually meets all my needs.
However, i encounter 1 problem when i try to install ThrottleLauncher 0.9. My softbank says i need netcf 3.5 to work and i tried to download the netcf 3.5 and install but it fails at the end.
i have noticed that CRCs Release 11.0 have netframework 3.5. What is the difference between netframework 3.5 and netcf 3.5? and how can i install netcf3.5 suscessfully?

Not sure if there is a difference. Looks like just a shorthand way of referring to the same thing. My understanding is that net cf is the ce version of standard windows .net framework.

You can also run this MS utility (attached) to fine-tune how netcf behaves.

Opera in Dutty's ROM & offical ROM.

I wounder if any body can help with my problem.
I was running Dutty's 1.8V ROM for a while & every thing was working fine in Opera with a Flash plugin.
Things started playing up a bit so I've reflashed my Diamond with the official ROM 1.93.456.2 WWE. The Opera browser has been changed to 9.5 build 2392 with both Adobe Flash-lite 3.1 & FP7 PPC.
Now I can't seem to get flash video's working like they were before, also the keyboard keeps appearing for no reason & Opera randomly closes by itself.
Is there a reason for these problems or have I a wrong version of Opera/Flash plugin installed.
