Hmm, it cost the site money to pile up files like that, can't you download from here? has a .arm installer I believe .. hmm may be not,.... let see if someone can help.
However since it is only small .. I might as well do it. Let us know if it works.

Let me know if its work.
The attachment provided is juz the plain software installer. To have all the words as in the dictionary, u can download it from here: http://www.electricmonk.nl/Miscellaneous/PocketdictDictionaries (choose OPTED dictionary for PocketDict)

Yeah! no doubt is fast, but free..? Hmmm, check the site it´s a bussines. Sometimes it take me days to download sth. from that server, and do not want to fill my laptop with IP changers.

once u have da folders containing the themes put them in program files smarttoolkit/ skins
I tried that, but when i go to set the theme in smarttoolkit, it doesnt do anything. am i doing something wrong, or have i forgotten a step?

Since we've established that you do not have a Rhodium, then I doubt you'll get much help from this area of the forum as this is the device we're discussing here. Either ask your question in the Main General forum since your device has no home on XDA, or in the thread that drkfngthdragnlrd mentioned.
