(ask) how can i upgrade my XDA II to WM5??

as the title, can i upgrade my XDA II to WM5? now i'm using the WM2003 SE, if i can do that, how to?? is there a complete tutorial to teach me from zero to the end??
if i upgrade to wm5 does my device is compatible with that??
