This build is very fast but still has a delay when opening PIE or loading the first message in messaging. Although very good, for a more stable build I recommend Build 19965.1.2.3 or Build 19949.1.2.0.

I flashed the lite version
but can't access phone options... phone shows it's switched off and you cannot start from commanager or anywhere... while actually phone is connected and you can make and receive calls.
just looking for a quick, lite non buggy rom to flash

Thanks so much for sharing, I don't know why but the only build that my phone agrees with is your 19900, and the thing doesn't have any 1% increment
does this one support mms as the last one from dvha didnt have an mms option in it
i love these roms cause you can HEAR them ring but i need mms!

It tells me this file zip is invalid..
Also whenever I install any of your wonderful dialers loading my /windows directory goes from only taking 3 seconds to load to like almost 20sec to load which slows everything down

Just install an arcsoft version of your chouice to have mms..Its that simple..

The items with this color are common to both versions, the rest is only available in Normal version.
This ROM is now UC(User Customization) compliant. It means that you can install your cabs all at once after first boot. For this you only must have 2 things:
SDConfig.txt(with the path for cabs and xml you want to install) in Storage Card root;
Folder with the files included in the SDConfig.txt
To know more about this awesome feature check this.
Even if you're not a UC addicted you'll find this feature very useful in restoring your Owner Information, Device Name, E-mail and WIFI settings, and many more using xml files. You'll find more instructions in the above thread, on how to retrieve those informations directly from your ROMs registry.
For users that don't like threaded messages / turn on SMS notifications(turned on by default in my ROM), go here. (Thanks to iamwhoiam)
Now about Beam:
In WM6.1 the beam function works a bit different than in WM6, since Micro$oft decided to add another registry entry to control this function.
So we used to be able to enable/disable the beam function just by going to the Comm Manager or in the Settings. And what would this action do?
It would disable the ability for the device to receive files(by BT or IR), and the function enable/disable would be simultaneously changed in Settings->Beam and in Comm Manager.
Well, in WM6.1 the beam funtion was divided in 2 parts:
being the Obex service which enables files transfer and is controled by Setting->Beam
being the switch that alows your device to receive files which is controled by Comm Manager->Beam
And what does this all mean?
It means that if one of these 2 parts of the function is Disabled, you'll not be able to receive files.
On the other hand, even if both parts of the functions are in deed disabled, you'll still be able to send files.
However, I recomend that the obex service is always Enabled(best for file transfers), meaning that in Settings->Beam, the box "receive all incoming beams" must always be checked, and you can Enable/Disable receiving files by changing the Beam setting in Comm Manager.
This is my understanding of how it currently works, according to what I've read about so far. I may not be 100% correct, and feel free to correct me if i'm not, but one thing is for sure, to be able to receive files, you need both parts of the function enabled.
I'm counting on all of you(as always) to give me some feedback.
At this time only normal version will be released. When all fixes are confirmed, I'll release final versions for both normal and lite ROMs.

All versions now avaible. There are 5 versions, the same 4 versions we have in ESN language and RUL Version (Real ULTRA LITE) with only esentials.
This ROM is very Stable and Fast, it´s our´s Seventh ROM. Older releases NiAx 6.0.13, 6.0.14, 6.1.09, 6.1.10, 6.1.22, 6.1.30 were only in ESN (Spanish) Language, so we have many times to correct bugs.
We know there are a lot of GREATS!!! WWE Roms for trinity, but my advice is Try this one, maybe one of our five versions is best fit for you.
So some people claim us to make a WWE ROM, so we decide to make our first NiAx in English. This ROM is identical to our Spanish NiAx 6.1.40.
Default TaskManager has been sustituyed by a new TaskManager with more functions, regeditor, ping utility...etc...

Our Spanish Rom 6.1.30 uses Build 19701. But We think this os+build 19213 is stable and faster. We had some thing strange with that build, when the rom starts. So, we proved this build, and everything was alright again. And We decided to use this one, for our ESN & WWE ROMs.

This new ROM has 68.15 MB of Storage Memory, and more than 64 MB free.

are you using ervius Multilanguage Kitchen build 19213?. If yes, please get the older kitchen, this one have a bug and SMS´s don´t work, and a few things are wrongs.
If not using this kitchen, send me PM. We will try to help you, but not in this thread.

This ROM is built based on Diamond 2.03.401.2 and an ported with CE OS 21042 Build 21042 Aku 1.6.0 16MB PP. It's also UC ready. To learn more about UC, please read here.

Based on Diamond 2.03.401.2
Port to CE OS 21042 Build 21042 Aku 1.6.0
XIP has been fully ported. You do not need to include msxipkernel, msxipkernelltk and oemxipkernel folders when re-cooking this ROM. This will save more than 3MB of space
Removed ULDR
Changed back to Classic Manila. Too many complaints of Manila HD crashing on previous versions. Use CFC Compression on Classic Manila. Thanks to Chainfire for the excellent cfc-gui tool.
Added more stuffs from Topaz and Rhodium (Please see screenshot above). Comm. Manager works great. Try it.

Languages support for the Keyboard is very limited at the moment. Changing to some languages not supported yet might cause your Diamond to hang.

Hi,
A larger page pool will allow more programs to run concurrently but the downside of having a larger page pool is that you will have lesser available RAM. You can try both and see the difference.

Must use Unsigned Hard SPL. Either from Jocky or Olinex would be fine.

Will post the file to another mirror in a short while. By the way, it is well known that editing the page pool larger than 12MB will have stability issues but you can try and see how it ill work out for you. I tend to stay on the safe side
Just installed it and it seems to be nice and quick.
Only thing I'm having trouble with is that I can't get Windows Live to start. Other than that, pretty spot on....Cheers

Thanks for the comments. Which version have you flashed ? I believe I made a mistake somewhere. Windows Live is supposed to have been removed. I will take a look at it though.

Just want to let you know that the default pagepool for Diamond is in fact 12 MB when I last checked on the 1.37.xxx.xx shipped rom and was wondering why you said a larger 8 MB pagepool. What is your understanding of default pagepool? Cheers..

Thanks for the comments. I forgot to say that the 8MB page pool edit I put in is just experimental. Anyway, I might have made some mistakes somewhere by not translating the hex values correctly. I will update my first post to make it clear to everyone. Thanks again for the heads up ! Oh, and by the way, increasing the page pool up to 18MB as someone suggested will does have some impact on stability but I am not entirely sure yet.
For the benefits of those who can't download from RS, I have uploaded them to FF as well. First post updated.

thanks for posting the file in another share. I've installed the v2 with the 8MB in pagepool and the performance is quite better. the fasted ROM i've ever tested on the diamond. congratulations!.

My bad, sorry.
The Windows Live was installed from a cab file I use. Works in other releases...Not knocking your release in anyway at all.
Still have your ROM installed and been using it most of the day with no failures. Wifi, HSDPA, etc, etc.

I've been testing ROM for more than 24 hrs and the performance is great!. a couple of issues found. i'm not sure if its ROM related:
1. the voicemail notification doesn't go away even if my inbox is empty. no voice messages at all.
2. lost the the scrolling functionality of the enter button when running any browser. I've tried with IE and Opera browsers.
I would like to see if increasing hte pagepool to 12MB will provide more performance while keeping the same stability.

This version is a complete rebuild. Since there was almost no interest in an ultra light ROM, I cooked this one with some useful apps. Besides that, you will get the newest XIP and SYS.

Yes, there will be two versions. One w/o Manila2D and one with Manila2D (but it will stay light as well - so no Youtube and so on ...).
The Manila2D version will have the configurator build in for switching the tabs on and off.
What about Streaming Media and a Registry Editor? This coult be a good option for Vodafone Users. I also wish, that Opera 9.5 is included in your Rom.
Sry, I wont add such things to the ROM - at least its not planned for this version. It will be as clean as possible. Streaming Media, Registry Editor and Opera can be easily added by the device user.

i know that it is hard to do but are u able to creat a version with as much as memory as posseble (about 27-29mb) i don not know how to coock a rom so i am not able to imagen the possebilities.....maybe a lite version?

Should be ready later today. I fixed the major bugs and its running fast with 24mb free memory with Manila2D running.
Since I rebuild this ROM from scratch, I am sure there will be some more bugs which you will encounter ...

Yep, it seems that I cant be good enough for everyone...When I tweak it grafically as well, than "a clear" one is asked...So, no problem. As I make these roms especially for myself, based on my taste, I wont do anymore so called "clean, close to the original" roms.
I've rebuilt, retweaked, reconfigured the ROM.

In order to change the no of icons you can use the diamtweak 0.5 included in the rom.
I would suggest Resco file explorer as well (with the registry and ftp plugins)

The transparent clock: I like it, I think it's readability depends on the background, but can be easily remade to the original one...
Display switch: If we are talking about secondtoday, it's a feature, ST. should be configured.
Dialer Keypad: you're right, I missed something I'll try to correct it.
In the meantime you can switch back to the HTC dialskin (with diamondtweak 0.5), after it video call will work just fine.
You know the funnyest think is, that the ROM was tested by 6 people including me, and none of us catched this bug...We didn't use this feature.
