That's why i saved all my prefer themes in my sd card. to change it to my likes and from time to time and don't have to worry about the default one.

i think the 2G dialer is in the UC pack.
I used abzula's dialer and works great
I flashed early and got the non-working bluetooth version. I just finished downloading the fixed version here in the office and will flash again later. I hope the next Rom release would have the following settings by default:
1. Key Lock setting: Lock all buttons except Power button
2. Disabled Automatic change time zone on Phone setting

What's the point on having it predefined? To change that will take no more than 2 seconds...

Its true it will only take a couple of secs, but for a frequent flasher like me, it saves me time and worry to have these 2 settings already predefined. Anyway, this is just a request that DVH may want to consider.

I agree given that both settings if not changed will cause every user of the rom some grief. So its a valid suggestion and it will make life easier for the frequent flasher We would be greatfull if the chef considered the changes.

I cooked this ROM for my Vietnamese friends. I fixed some thing and added my softs.
- New pBar: version 1.3 with VGA switch (as OzVGA).
- PhudongToday (Vietnamese Lunar calendar)
- Orther comm manager (in ivan's ROMs), exit ok
- New Java midlet manager with font fix (in ivan's ROM, it's too small).
- Fix phone back ground in true VGA mode (with VJBigPhoneRes and new resource)
- include Vietnamese font, Chinese font.
- Include Total commander, PocketXPDF, TCPMP 0.71, Oxios Hibernate 1.4, WM5 Storage 1.73, Window Live Search, Pocket RAR, ...

I'm still failing to see the advantages over the Indra ROM from any of these PDAVIET images.
Why on earth are they releasing so many new builds when they are just changing the included software and icons?
Does everyone think this is a newer version of WM6 or something that will be faster? There are no more improvements you can make to the speed since Indras, until we get a commercially released device, and we can take the newer code from that.
Stop risking your devices with unneccessary flashing people, wait until someome builds a new ROM based on actual released code
this Rom had not done by PDAViet Rom, also i don't know why they called this Rom by name 2.00.05??? May be they wanted you have misunderstood that this Rom'd done by PDAViet!

Just loaded so I haven't been able to test much but heres some screenies from a fresh install. For those in the US make sure you go into your Band settings and change to Auto or it won't connect to the network.
Can you uninstall any of the preloaded stuff in his rom?

Too much crap... A default ROM would be preferible (Net 3.5, Schaps config, TCPMP and some other must have things and that´s it)
I hope the PROs can make this ROM work without freezes or hard resets

Where exactly is that "Band" seeting located. I love the interface but cannot get it to connect to AT&T/Cingular,

nope......
although there is a lot of stuff that cannot be removed, this rom does seem very fast and one of the more stable ones I have seem so far... only been playing with it for an hour or so tho..
had to reflash anyways, the TNT rom I had installed kept hard reseting

what u should do go to a base rom operators rom and then flash to the next rom and radio etc that should clear problems from other cooked roms
not even gonna lie....this is the best rom i have used so far...early assumption but loving it so far...speed...stability....good so far...will report if anything changes

try the pnt rom in my thread about the 19202 builds that rom is real good as well im running that one haven't tried this one yet but will give this one a few days before flashing
Just some extra feedback, my Phone completely crashed when recieving a phone call today... started recieving a call, phone frozen while vibrating.... never seen this before, had to press reset to resolve, this caused a "semi" hard reset, on reboot had to do screen calabration, and then recieved errors about storage memory and database errors?? then full on crash again had to hard reset may update my spl and radio to see of this resolves the issue :'(
its a fast stable rom
The only issue I have had with this rom is with Slick. I ran Slick once and had no problems. Then I ran Slick yesterday and today, and it would soft reset. Anyone else have this problem?

I just ended up in deleting the program and will reset the phone and see if i have any issues.

I just went in to Windows/Start Menu/Programs/Applications. Then I selected the program that I didnt want and deleted. This may help someone...

Not really.... All you did is delete the shortcuts, not uninstall the software...
Quite like this rom as it hasnt had any crashes, yet... Fast and stable (put a program I know crashes wm6.1 on and no problems(Lextionary 2.0)) Boots a lot faster than most I've had and seems to be fairly good on power consumption too. Nice eye candy with some fantastic 3rd party apps installed. Thanks for this little gem cos I think its gonna be on my Hermes for a while.... Cheers...

I'm really enjoying this ROM so far its very fast and stable. I wish it was bigstorage to get the extra 10mb that seems to be wasted but thats another story.
I'm also liking some of the software this ROM comes with that I haven't used before..
Ce Commander 1.04 - This File Explorer is much better than the standard one that normally comes with WM but I haven't used it much because I love Resco Explorer so much..
iContact 0.5 - I really like this app. Its very light and has scrolling and is awesome to use one handed. I will load this on any ROM I use now..
O2 SMS Plus 1.6 - I have't use this much and I'm not really sure what the point in it is since wm6.1 has threaded text but maybe I'm missing something.
pBar 1.5 - Another cool app I didn't know about. This will definitely replace HTC Task Manager for me..
Slick 0.39 - I never heard of this before and didn't know what it was but its just like IM+ so I can use my yahoo messenger and msn messenger from the same app. Decent interface and seems to work fine so far but haven't had a chance to use it much yet.
ZoomSMS - I don't like this app really as it just throws some goofy window when I get a text/mail msg etc and if I use reply in that window it goes to the zoom txt app instead of the default threaded txt app.
MS VoiceCommand and my Jabra BT8010 AD2P headset works fine with it so far..Stereo profile does not work though
Had about 4 hard resets. I reinstalled a non big storage rom, then I just reinstalled this rom. Will report back if I have issues again.

EDIT:: OK, after all that, it seems pretty stable. I've been tweakin and installin without issues. I will edit if I have anymore issues..
Edit::: Been running for 10hrs now without issues. I really like some of the extra software included. This rom is not bloated with HTC stuff either. Good job. I may have to run this one for awhile...

Yes, me also. Must admit this is one of the very best ROM's I've installed lately. As for BigStorage, I'm happy without it myself. I personally don't think it's worth the occassional HR that they sometimes do... and when I'm on the phone and it HR's.... not good. (and that's happened to me three times with WM6.1 - none of Faria's though)

Does this include Splash 1 & 2? is this a WWE OS? How's the Storage & Memory stats so far?
Also, agree with Doc that big storage is not a priority, but first stability with these wm6.1 builds.

The only splash screen that changed for me was the one right before loading windows which you can see above.
Yes it is WWE and heres a screenie of memory etc on boot. Technically there is over 27mb free program memory but some is taken since I'm loading the screen capture app.

you don't need to copy and then paste, because in [email protected] Typing, after you choose a textbox to put text in, it will automatically copy the text you've just entered into that textbox.

Copy and Paste few Vietnam characters/words from one of your current Vietnames doccuments to make the autotext learns itself to complete it dictionary. The next time when you type, it will prompt you a hint, just select the characters/words u entered before. That how I type a message in Vnese and sent to may contacts

- Backup Contacts.
- Do something, such as format your Arc.
- Restore -> Just "Phone contact", Facebook information of that person will disappear.
Do you know how to save (and use) the "Joined contacts" (2.3.3 version)?

Sync back and you will get back.
I don't think there is an option for this unless that "other" application is able to provide the information. Joining contacts means, it just displays two contacts together in one place and doesn't mean that both are merged.

If you long press on the contact you get the option 'join contact'. Does this help? or have i mis understood your question?
